Worst gym ever! I joined this gym over a year ago while spending the summer in NYC and was very excited to continue using this franchise back home, they talked me into paying for 10 sessions with a personal trainer with the promise that I was going to be able to use them at the location back home (MA) since I only had time to use 2 sessions in NYC. Once I got to the new gym the refused to let me use the sessions there, after that I contacted the manager (and everyone else I knew at this location) to try to solve this issue, and they keep saying they were going to solve it but never did. After a year of trying to find a solution I' still waiting to hear back from them and never got my money back. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Not my favorite Crunch location but pretty good. It is very clean!

Spacious, never too crowded, and clean. Large studio space, great instructors.

Best gym ever ! If you have time this is the gym you need to be going to.

Good location, the gym is nice but it is one of the few Crunch in the city without sauna. Also, the people at the reception can be a bit weird. YMMV

I have been a member for 4 months. I had the most unpleasant experience with one of the trainers who works there. He made me feel very very *uncomfortable* and tried to *shame* me in front of his colleagues (other male trainers). If you are a woman, please be careful! I have already made a complaint to management and will be sending my report to the manage of this location.

Definitely one of the better Crunch locations in the city, but at times can be way too crowded, and equipment often just disappears from day to day (foam rollers mostly). Training was great, but the cost of the gym for what you get doesn't quite add up. There are cheaper gyms that offer way more.

Came here with a day pass to join the antigravity yoga class and loved it. The staff and instructor were very helpful. There are tons of classes to chose from and plenty of equipment use. I would highly consider joining this gym, but with other high-end competitors like Equinox, it's a tough choice.

Great selection of classes, low corporate membership rate, well maintained facilities, bliss spa products. Too many personal trainers milling about and people like to work out in the middle of walkways, but overall great especially for the price. Spin studio has better bikes than soulcycle and flywheel, with disco ball and plasma a showing stats. TRX, yoga studios are modern with good sound and lighting. Not too much noise bleed from gym to studios.

A very kept and clean workout facility. There are plenty of towels, and enough open space to do your thing. There are usually lockers available, even at peak hours.
