Do not go if you can’t make it within 9 MINUTES of grace period! I went yesterday but I wasn't able to even take the class. I informed (Rebecca) if I remember correctly that I was running late due to train delays and she informed me that if I got there by 12:10 I'll be good. My train got to the station at 12:06, I literally ran all the way there to get there at 12:10 exactly for the door to "already be closed". I desperately wanted to take the class, was ready to schedule my next classes and everything but if that's what happens when life happens I would NEVER give FIT HIT my money. I came from the Bronx to make it at the time she gave me to still be turned down

I love the studio and the mission! Every class is great, the coaches are involved and and have high standards for us, and you keep us engaged by bringing in new initiatives and challenges in addition to adding to our fight skills. I have been at the studio for a year and change now, and plan to keep on going. It's changed my life in terms of health, fitness, fight skills, nutrition and ... the kicker- Mindset. The mental fortitude training is a game changer. Cheers!

It is worth every single penny in all ways possible, not just are the classes 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥but this is literally teaching you self-defense -survival skills. The community is great and they are constantly trying to motivate- offer various types of programs to meet everyone’s goals. …

I signed up for the free self defence class with a friend when we first moved to the city. The first half of the class was spent displaying clips of women being assaulted in New York. Some of the footage was very graphic. It was an unnecessary scare tactic to remind a room full of women how in danger they are - something which did not need to be reinforced considering we had all signed up for a self-defence class. Not to mention that the majority of women are already aware of these assaults. We don't need more videos of them. After the class, my friend and I signed up for the $1 deal of unlimited classes for one week. At the end of the week, we both had check-in calls with our trainers. We indicated on the call that we did not want to continue with the membership and wanted to cancel. We were both informed that a note would be made in the system. Several weeks later, I noticed that the gym had continued to charge my credit card $59 a week for a total of $472. I called immediately and expressed my confusion, asking why the membership was not cancelled after I spoke with the trainer. The person on the phone told me that memberships can only be cancelled over email. They refused to refund my money.Safe to say I will not be going back and will caution anyone else from going there.

The Women’s self-defense seminar was an incredible class. It’s hands-on, fast and intense workouts, very informative, and learned so much in one session. Instructors Paige and Ryan were knowledgeable and passionate on what they do. I learned so much!

I didn’t know what to expect coming in for the free Woman’s self defense class but I must say The experience was mind blowing. The trainers were experienced and confident. The environment over all was warm and welcoming. I love that they love what they are doing and they are doing it for a purpose. A great purpose at that. I don't know how I didn't know about this facility sooner but I am so great full to have found it and I am extremely excited to be apart of it.
