Solid New York gym with a lot of space and minimal crowds. It is a neighborhood spot with nice people. Has everything you need to lift heavy.

This gym is like the song “I’m blue” except, replace the blue with green. If you like the color green, you’ll love the gym! Literally everything is green.Jokes aside - this is what a gym should be. It’s personable, has a wide range of equipment to choose from, appeals to all types of gym-goers, has a lot of free weights and is incredibly spacious. The dumbbells go up to 120 - and they are actually organized! There is an entire two areas for stretching and ab workouts. Also a boxing area and dancing room.Cardio equipment is modern and well maintained. And the protein shakes are quite good.Price for 3 days is $25 - I’d 100% become a member if I lived around here. The only improvement I’d recommend for the management is to get the sauna fixed up. That’d be icing on the cake.

Small and overpriced if you’re not going to take a class or box. 80 dollars a month to lift weights in a crowded small gym is ridiculous. Don’t waste your money on this gym seriously there are better ones in the area for less money I got a month there and never went back.

Took advantage of the 3 day trial for $25. It was an amazing 3 days. I went to the gym between 9am-12pm, Sunday-Tuesday and the gym was EMPTY!!! Front desk staff has good energy. GYM MUSIC WAS GOOD!!! (which we know doesn’t happens often). One issue I had was in the women’s locker room. While it was very clean, the lockers had no option for you to put your own lock or the digital locks didn’t work.Overall a great gym space. It gives that “Haven/ Sanctuary” feel. Like the bar on “Cheers” it felt like home.

Really nice gym with tons of windows and SO CHEAP compared to others in the area that offer classes. The class here are great and the instructors are really nice and know what they are doing. The rooftop hangout area is a great touch as well.Only thing I’d suggest to the staff is please make sure the water machine works!!! I tried it the other day and the filter needed to be changed and it wasn’t working.Other than that it’s seriously a really great gym for the price.

The gym is ok ,like any other gym. I use to take my daughter there for boxing. She love the class til the coach started making her uncomfortable . I wish they had female boxing coaches . So girl under age could feel more comfortable .

Went to this gym because they claimed to be the safest in Brooklyn. What a bunch of BS no one wears their mask even the trainers have their masks on their chin. When I signed up they informed me that the membership was month to month which I thought was great since I wasn't ready to commit to any one gym. Fast forward a month and I was charged the monthly fee and the gym refuses to give me a refund. Avoid this gym, no one follows the covid protocols and everyone leaves all the equipment lying around like it's their personal gym.

I absolutely love working out here. On first glance it doesn't seem super fancy or anything..... but the experience of being there is soooo superior to more corporate-y owned gyms I've tried in the area. I LOVE how there are no massive flat screen TVs in your face anywhere. It's just so much nicer. also all the trainers are really chill and great. Love that they have towels too. Equipment is all well maintained. It's also basically never crowded. At most in the evenings it can get a bit "congested" but never even close to the point of it being difficult to go about one's own workout comfortably. And to reiterate it just has very good vibes overall.

This is a great place to either workout, learn boxing or just get relaxed in the sauna. Huge space and bunch of classes to try

there is so much to like about this gym -- spacious interiors, lots of windows and lights, high ceilings, and a rooftop, a rarity for Gyms in New York. All the classes i have taken were great , taught by kind, knowledgeable instructors. A few of the machines are past their prime, but i don't find this to be a problem (you can pick and choose, as it's usually not overly crowded). this Gym has been around for about 10 years now, and i appreciate that it's an independent gym-- it's got character that way. The current manager is very kind and rather accomodating.
