Amazing setting upstairs and downstairs. I love the vibe of this whole place. And the people up front are so nice and chill.

It's a cool place to do cardio but probably not for serious boxing type. Haven't been to enough class to judge if they good or not for learning real boxing skills. Rating it only from a fitness class perspective. That said, dim lit basement workout is prolly not for everyone, I found it quite packed which I wish to have more room to practice. Overall the staff and instructor are friendly ppl to enjoy a nice workout

Awesome workout. Great vibes, community, music. Go downstairs for iconic underground work -- equal parts bag and plyo. Do the upstairs "ring work" class to focus on form and technique -- lot of bag, mitt, partner work. Good workout regardless of what you choose. Friendly to beginners but can also go very hard.Note: bathrooms/showers are a little tight but you're not going here for that.Adriel + Julian are great coaches.

Such a cool vibe! I took a class on Saturday morning at 10:15am and there were around 20 other people in the class, a good mix of girls and guys. The studio had multiple floors and the class was in the basement. The locker room was on the 2nd floor, but bring your own lock for it. Overall liked the studio and the class.

I started coming here about a month ago and now I’m a regular. From all fitness classes with the boxing concept that exist in NYC “Overthrow Boxing” is the most authentic one. Classes are fun, time flies when I’m in it. If you are a beginner I’d recommend to take a few private classes to learn the technique so you can practice it in the classes. Love this place.

If you want grit, an extremely fun and motivating workout, along the best front desk service, and incredible instructors that want you to succeed (shoutout to Harrison, Laura, Julian, Ronnie & the rest). I love the people, the gritty atmosphere and the leave your ego at the door attitude.

Awesome workout - Been once and need to go back. An NYC original. Also the spot where you’ll see people snapping photos and taking selfies. Fabulous downtown edge and vibe. They also have a line of gym clothing and some variable options for classes!

Fun place and great teachers. The place was a bit crowded and small. A great starting point for a beginner.
