The Ness is the best studio in NYC! Been a very consistent client for the last 6 months-classes- Very fun and stay challenging (I bounce several times a week and the classes are still varied + still a challenge)-instructors - EVERY single instructor is fantastic; give adjustments, but are kind about it and choose fun music-the workout - Very hard/great workout, but low impact enough you can do it lots (at any age) without injury IMO-studio space also lovely and well stocked with deodorant, face wash, lotion etc.

Studio was bright, clean and spacious. Music was great and Jess was a fantastic instructor -- she was encouraging and motivating and explained things in multiple ways which was great for beginners.I left sweaty and happy!

Really challenging! The bouncing part of class is intense - if you're a beginner like I am accept the fact that you'll look like an uncoordinated dork on the trampoline for awhile - it's ok! Definitely upped my heart rate and my step count for the day.Make sure you wear comfortable sneakers and bring a lot of water (they don't have a water fountain in the studio but you can fill up with tap water in the bathroom). The pace of the class is fast, I appreciated the instructor telling us not to be afraid to do the floor moves at our own pace; I was a lot slower than others but didn't feel judged.The class I attended had four other people in it, I loved the small class size and the encouragement from the instructor throughout. Thanks for a nice time!

The Ness is amazing! I am not local to NYC but this app allows me to take all their incredible classes. The instructors are amazing with creative content and such fun music to energize your soul. Their new app is great with Spotify playlist right there to see and you can favorite or mark as complete. Bounce and the Ness is joyful movement!

I’ve both been to The Ness’s studio and used their digital program, and no matter how you choose to bounce with them, they’re the absolute best fitness studio there is! The trainers are SO friendly, the routines are original, and no two workouts are the same. They’re open to teaching you at all levels, so it’s a completely come as you are atmosphere that feels welcoming and warm from day one. I’m a bouncer for life!

I love The Ness! I have tried multiple bounce online platforms but the ness is my favorite! The amount of classes on demand and live schedule is fantastic! The combos are fun, energetic, creative and challenging but there are classes for beginners up to advanced! If you love to bounce you should get a subscription! You will not regret it!

I discovered The Ness a few months ago after looking for a new workout I could do at home and I'm very happy I did because I love all of the workouts they offer! Not only are the classes fun and original, all the instructors create amazing playlists, are very motivating, and their positivity helps get you through the workouts feeling confident no matter what skill level you are. I have not been to a live class at their studio and only take classes through their digital platform, but I do hope one day I will be able to attend a live class. I highly recommend The Ness to anyone looking for a new, fun, and effective way to workout!

In all transparency, I haven't been to the studio, BUT I have been taking The Ness classes digitally for a few months now, and I love it to distraction. Aly and Colette are incredible teachers who also bring so much fun and personality into each class, and they never take themselves or the workout too seriously (in the best way possible). The Advanced Cardio Bounce classes are the most challenging and entertaining exercise I have ever done (and yes, I've worked out with all of their competitive set). I love the Ness Sculpt too, as both classes really get me out of my head AND feeling strong and capable. 11/10 recommend to anyone looking for an efficacious and FUN way to workout.

This is the best digital workout platform I have ever experienced. Every single one of the instructors is excellent. New content drops every week and there is so much to choose from in the bounce and sculpt categories.You won’t find rebounder/trampoline content like this anywhere else. The choreography will challenge your brain as well as your body. Don’t be intimidated though! It is taught in such a way that it becomes very doable and is so fun to boot. Can’t recommend The Ness enough!!!

I was able to take a class at The Ness when I was in NY last month and what a cardio workout! It’s challenging but fun and I felt like my metabolism shot through the roof. Wish I could come here every week!
