I have never written an online review for a place before, but I am now for TMPL -- they have been charging me several hundred dollars for the last few months because they refuse to process requests to freeze or cancel memberships. Be careful signing up here.

I came here for a free trial and after my workout I was told I could come back for one more free trial. I came back and brought my two friends with me who are also moving to the city. I was told it would be $35 for the day for me. Then we were told it would be $35 EACH even though my friends registered online for the free trial and tour. The guy was condescending and rude. Wouldn’t want to join even though I really liked the gym just because the staff is rude.

A scam. Everything is meant to lure you into their membership with hidden fees. They'll pretend their monthly fee is $135 or $160 depending on their mood. Without telling you the 2nd month you'll get a $70 yearly fee (notice how it happens on the 2nd month so that you don't realize immediately). And when you tell them you'll only be there for 2 months they start mentioning the $100 CANCELATION FEE. The people there was nice though but basically executing a scam.

His friendly and approachable demeanor always creates an inviting atmosphere and makes everyone feel like a part of a close-knit community. Whenever I have questions, he makes himself readily available and listens attentively. I always feel like he is genuinely committed to providing the best possible experience for everyone. I was recommended this gym by a friend and I was not disappointed! This gym is very clean and it has great equipment. The staff is very friendly and Steven helped break down all the membership options . I’m excited to start my fitness journey at TMPL! ☺️

I moved out here a few months ago and I really love this gym! I had a billing issue and the manager Jon was really helpful and patient with helping me get it resolved. Super clean and organized, the best one in the area.

Great environment , staff is friendly ….honestly everyone is helpful. I feel safe as a woman working out. I had a situation that was sensitive and staff handled it professionally. I would go to soul cycle while I was in la but , moving here I found the cycle studio is a game changer.

I had just moved to the area from Boston. I needed to join a gym to keep my fitness in order. And the staff there went above and beyond to convince me that this was the gym I needed to be in. Friendly and clean and very professional . The woman who gave me the tour was helpful and informative. I recommend this gym to all who seek gym a membership
