TMPL HK is the story of a good gym gone bad. As a founding member of this gym, it was the talk of the town-- Innovative design, modern equipment, healthy smoothie bar, beautiful lighting and asthetics, diverse class offerings, etc. Since the reopening during COVID, there's rare to nonexistent towel service, broken equipment (for weeks), aging and ripped padding, lights not working or not turned off, no juice/smoothie bar, and just an overall lack of character. It's no surprise most of the OG members have moved to other gyms, paying more, for a better experience. Truly disappointed in what this location has become after having so much pride in it when it opened.

This gym is perfect. It so big with 2 floors everything is spread out, I’m genuinely never waiting to use something. It has every machine i could ever need. There’s a pool, sauna, steam room it’s great. Definitely one of the best TMPLS.Additionally the staff is incredible. Every time I come they are extremely welcoming and helpful. Recently I was hit by a car biking to this gym and I can’t believe how the staff helped me. The car drove away and I didn’t have many other options than going inside, where the staff immediately sat me down and got me a water. The managers Alex and Jake cleaned all of my literal wounds and helped me call the police for help. They even went to the store to get better bandages for my injuries. They let me sit in the back and watch TV to calm down and get some privacy as I waited for the police. I still can’t believe how kind and helpful they were and I don’t know what I would have done without them. They went so above and beyond and I will always be grateful for them.

Love this gym and the amazing vibes. If you are looking for an amazing trainer then please look no further than Juan Torres. Love his sessions and my uncoordinated self love taking his boxing classes. In a few months hopefully I will have the coordination down and be ready to flow like a butterfly but sting like a bee.

Patrick went above and beyond in terms of customer service. The gym is my fave spot in the city. Great equipment, sleek atmosphere. Clean, attendants always buzzing around wiping things down. Great gym.

It’s way too hot. Very hard to work out. It’s been like this for a long time. Everyone is incredibly sweaty and the machines are greasy. …

I’ve been a member when TMPL first opened back in 2015 I think. I love the vibe there and it’s a great environnement to work out. The juice bar is fantastic and the protein shakes are amazing ! The machines are great. It’s such a great location in HK and can sometimes get overcrowded. The staff is friendly and efficient,

Overall, good gym with lots of equipment, some of which I haven't seen a lot of in other gyms. A couple things probably worth mentioning -- 1) If you cancel, take a photo of your cancellation form. They said they lost mine and I don't think they were trying to con me, I think they literally lost it. Thankfully, they honored it after I called and emailed about it but save yourself some time and snap a photo. 2) Most clientele are nice but not everyone is willing to share equipment. 3) The men's locker room / shower area can be a little seedy.

Incredible gym. Gorgeous, showers are amazing, sauna, steam room, pool, classes, the best spin classes in town, the best personnel. I can’t say enough good things. Such a great investment in my gym experience.

Great gym. Multiple locations- one even has a cold plunge. Love the club aesthetic , it’s a nice change from the standard gym setting. Cool themes on the edge of controversial which makes it fun. Nice equipment & staff. Recommend-
