Absolutely amazing! The space is clean, perfectly set up for the format of the class and beautiful. The instructor Lauren was outstanding - detail oriented and great at her craft! I was accommodated right away and had the best experience! If you’re looking to burn fat, gain strength/mobility - this is absolutely the best place!

I have been working out at Willspace for over 2 years and it has changed my life. The overall experience as a client is fantastic, super professional, highly educated and informed team with coaches that truly invest in your health and fitness. The vibe is very positive, never intimidating but everyone strives for excellence. I have worked out at all the major studios, there is nothing like Willspace. I have been coming to WillSpace for about a year and a half and have been training with Sophia for close to a year now and she has been so great to work with. She knows how to motivate me to work harder without overworking or overwhelming me like some instructors can be, and that has helped me to be consistent. This is such a different workout from anywhere else and I love the balance of strength and flexibility exercises. Sophia, Will, and all of the team here are so nice and I cannot say enough good things about coming here!

WillSpace is an exceptional place. It’s not only a gym or fitness center, it’s about the trainers, they are exceptional, as well as the theory behind the training. There are small (<10) group classes and personal training. Both incredible. Both focus on a mix of strength that uses body weight and actual weights, flexibility that uses active stretching techniques to target the correct muscles to stretch(e.g., prep for splits, active pigeons) , ground movement and locomotion(it’s a whole unique culture!) and balancing (prep for handstands, handstands, coordination). They take into account ALL levels from beginners to more experienced, so it doesn’t matter what level you are at, movement and exercises are modified to your level in both personal and group classes. It’s really fun to work out with them! the overall vibe is great, and it really is a community of like- minded, open-minded people that want to look and feel 10 years younger!

Lauren is excellent! She’s the only trainer I’ve stuck with in the long-term, because I can feel and see the difference in my movement and the progress that I’m making over time. I love that she’s a stickler for form, and that we work on exercises that are not only building strength, but also flexibility and mobility, so that I can continue to have a healthy and mobile, injury-free body as I age. I’m doing so many things now with my 41-year-old body that I couldn’t do in my 20’s because of her! WillSpace is a great studio - clean, bright, and welcoming. The team of trainers is super close knit and supportive - when you succeed in making gains, they all share in and cheer on that success. So glad I found Will and Lauren and this studio.

I have been working out with Lauren in person and virtually for years now. This is an amazing space & place! They have a unique approach to fitness and I am so glad to have found it. I am stronger, more flexible, and have definitely avoided injury from other workout classes because of the training. Thanks to the whole team!

I am a 63 yr old man who has never seriously ever worked out until I started here. My doctor gave me an option 6 months ago - do nothing and expect knee surgery in a couple years ago or start working out with very specific core body and leg exercises.I had had spoken to Will a month before this ultimatum while walking my dog. I had asked about WillSpace and what it does. I must say in retrospect, he actually undersold this amazing “Space.” It is like nothing I have ever heard about or seen. My sister-in-law runs large hospital based physical therapy program. I have told her about WillSpace and she said it sounds like the perfect place for me and my needs!For the last 6 months I have been there (both in person and also Virtually - yes Virtually so I do not miss sessions as I travel extensively) twice a week. When I showed up, my frozen shoulder of 10 years ago still bothered me and I could not even do a single pushup. That has ALL changed.My first session was both with Will (the genius behind this space) and Marcel (my trainer). They did a long series of exercises to determine where I was. Then the two of them designed a long-term exercise goals with a focus on my core body and my building up my legs to prevent knee surgery.This has been such an amazing journey I am on. When I first started could not do more than a couple squats. Today, I did squats using a 30 pound weight. Their focus on detail is astonishing.The best part is how totally supportive the full staff is. Not only does Marcel find a way to get me to find that one extra (whatever I am doing), it is always done in such a positive way. And it is not just Marcel. I continue to look around and see every trainer doing the same thing.In summary, I have a single recommendation - make an appointment to meet Will and get started. I am sure it will make a big change in your life and body as in mine.

I really enjoyed the movement classes. I purchased a 1 month 2x weekly group Movement series that really challenged different and new parts of my body. Will has an innate knack for enhancing locomotion and strength via movement and making working out fun and engaging.I also loved how he always had another practitioner to assist us during the sessions, that way each person felt well attended to and supported. After the initial shock of early mornings, I became extremely excited to attend our 6:30am sessions.I highly recommend Willspace. Will and his team are amazing, and your body will thank you for signing up for these classes and taking the steps in bringing your mobility back to peak performance.

I'm been working with Willspace for personal training and recently attended one of their core body workout fitness classes. The place is brand new and has a great vibe. The class was exactly want I'd expect from Willspace - a high intensity combination of strength and flexibility training. Willspace Movement is my new place for exercise classes!
