I would like to thank you for my time at the gym. It was awesome and a great environment. I felt so welcome from the first moment I stepped through the door. If I ever make it that way again, it's good to know that I'll have a gym home.

When I arrived for my first visit, I sat in my car for a long time trying to work up the courage to go inside. Would I be judged for my lack of physical fitness? Would I look foolish trying to use the equipment? From the moment I entered the gym, I realized my fears were for naught. George and the staff welcomed me right in. They took time to find out my goals, needs, and concerns. They set up a plan to help me reach my goals. The other gym members do not judge me. I enjoy my training sessions with George because he is patient and knowledgable. I feel more confident and actually look forward to going to the gym. Thank you!

I been a member for about three months now and not only have I made great friends in the great atmosphere, but I also got into the best shape of my life as needed by a college athlete and continue to get stronger. This is by far the best gym I ever been to and glad I joined.
