One of the best gyms in Hampton Roads. Great selection of equipment to choose from, regardless of your particular sport or goals.It's open 24/7 so I can go anytime that fits my schedule. It's always very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Definitely worth joining!

Great staff and environment. Had to leave due to being in the military but one of the best gyms I’ve used. Equipment isn’t new or the best but it’s clean and generally in good working order. 24/7 hours made it convenient along with the location. Miss this place a lot.
