Doing the week free trial and I was honestly a little intimidated the first day because I was so bad and everyone else was so ahead but a couple days later and everyone almost feels like family. Started training here two month ago, from the first time I stepped in the building I received a very friendly, professional and family like treatment from everyone. Amazing environment for every age and skill level. Coaches are always right there to help and explain or in my case correct me. I don’t see myself training anywhere else and love “THA LION’S” Muay Thai classes.

Best gym..... no team ever!!!!! My name is melissa I wrestled at a world level for yrs and when I retired from competition I searched every and tried every gym in the area. This was the only gym that covers everything, the coaches walk the talk ( not some fat, out of shape dude you can beat up) and the people who train there are legit. You can see the quality in students they have produced. If you want to be a lethal weapon when it counts this is the place. If you join another gym your wasting money and time. I recently had shoulder surgery from my younger years of wrestling but cannot wait you get back training with them.
