I've dislike living in VA for a long time until we found this gym. My whole family trains here (yes! 5 of us) and got to meet the most amazing people in the world. The coaches are straight up badasses but are the most humble people you'll ever meet. They have great Muy Thai, BJJ, Submission Grappling, kids class and so on. This gym is my 'favorite' with our move here in VA (military). They are now my family and I'm gonna be super sad when it's time to move again. I encourage everyone to try this place.

I would highly recommend this school to anyone, from experienced grapplers to someone that has never touched a mat. From the moment we walk in the door everyone was very welcoming. After a year here I feel like there isn't a better place to train. The type of training you can receive from this school is amazing. I can't think of any where else we have been that the coaches have the types of accolades you will find with these coaches. They all put the students first during training they have the mentality that they would rather see you great at a few techniques instead of ok at 100. We will definetly be spending as much time as possible here while we are in Virginia.

Look no further! This place is amazing for all of their services. All the coaches make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. There is truly no judgment and everyone is willing to help. You don't have to know how to fight or have a martial arts background. The women's boot camp is a full body workout and fun at the same time. I've tried other boot camps and gyms and finally settled here.

Great family environment, all the coaches are experienced and knowledgeable once you start you won't want to stop. If your looking at fitness goals, learning to fight and compete or just having fun this is the place to go.

There is something for everyone at this gym. The Women's Boot Camp is fun and challenging. I love the Muay Thai bag class and Advanced Grappling. If you want to shed those pounds, this is the place to be. It will change the way you think about working out!!!
