I just had the best massage ever with Belda!!!I have medical problems so I have been having massages regularly for years. I've have had too many therapists to count. Belda is at the top of my list. She addresses all my issues and suggests things to help with any problem areas.I've given her massages for gifts and everyone has said she is the best.

A friend told me about her amazing massage experience with Belda, and just knew I would love her style - she was right! I have been having monthly massages with Belda for the past year and she is absolutely amazing! I am an athlete and fitness coach, so having someone who really takes time to restore and repair my muscles is priceless.Belda is kind, attentive, and fantastic at her job - I continually recommend her to everyone I know. So thankful to have found her!

Gloria’s Barre class gives me something to look forward to. I love the small movements that have a big impact. I burn over 300 calories each class. Check out Zenya you won’t regret it!

10/10! Every class has been exactly how it’s titled so you will get your needs met for what you signed up for! Mindfulness Meditation on Fridays and Sunrise Yoga at 7:30AM are my favorites at Zenya, highly recommend signing up for classes!

this studio is awesome !!!! caring loving people . the instructors are knowledgeable and are real people with issues like all of us that walk in the door. The instructors help you with accommodating for clients with limitations so you are still are in perfect alignment and get all the benefits . This is a must try yoga studio you are cheating yourself if you don't.

Belda gives the best massage I've ever had in my life, hands down! Meghan and all of the ladies at the front desk greet you with warmth and a smile and always encourage you to keep coming back. I also love yoga sessions with Belda.. I just can't sing my praises enough about Zenya! 💕 …

Beautiful place, great knowledgeable teachers, and wonderful staff! It’s beautifully decorated into a very serene ambiance that allows you to relax and unwind.Small classes make it perfect to get a good visual and auditory cue from instructors. Also a plus during these COVID times!Pending a scheduled massage, but I have no doubt it’ll be amazing!

This studio has a great community of kind welcoming yogis. I love getting through each challenging barre class and building strength and calming down at the centering and stress relief class. Each teacher has a slightly different style and they all offer modifications for all evels. Keep coming and you'll see for yourself and find the right couple teachers for you 🙂
