Zenya Yoga & Massage Studio

I have really enjoyed differnt services at Zenya !I have attended several yoga classes (stress reduction, yoga nidra and others) last year and earlier this year Most recently, in the last two months, 2 massage classes. Yoga classes were absolutely wonderful ; instructors were skillfull and kind. I've gone to Valeria for massage and she does an amazing job of integrating different forms of massage including cranio sacral techniques. Im scheduled to return again next month.

This is a place for all levels. I started yoga as a newbie as a personal challenge and fell in love with it. The yoga instructors are friendly, insightful and willing to help guide you on your journey. The energy is just what you need as you walk through the door when you are greeted to the moment you leave.

I came here for pregnancy yoga classes a few years ago and I was the only one who showed up to the class. The instructor spent amazing, quality 1 on 1 time with me that made me feel super connected to my (at the time unborn) child. It was a highly spiritual and incredible experience in an area like Newport News that I’ll forever appreciate.

I had right hip replacement last year and relocated to the area. I enrolled in the first class free chair yoga class. The class and both instructors have been wonderful and I can enjoy the class without worrying about injuring my hip. It feels great to be active and know that they care about my well-being.

The atmosphere here is absolutely wonderful. The staff are all so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The yoga instructor was very knowledgeable and kind. I also had the most amazing massage. Highly recommend that anyone looking for a yoga studio or a massage check it out!! You will not be disappointed!

Zenya makes me feel so welcomed and happy! Belda and the team are professional, knowledgeable, and fun. I am so glad I chose Zenya yoga and I highly recommend their studio to anyone looking to challenge themselves!

I left here today feeling like a new person ! The manager there was AMAZING i have never in my life had a massage that literally made me feel like i was on a cloud ! I went in cause my dr tells me I’m way to tense an for my migraines an back pain an in just 1 hour i feel beyond amazing ! The place is super clean, very friendly and professional and the massage room was set perfect! I already scheduled my next appointment before leaving which is something i don’t normally do but the outcome today was excellent! Highly recommend

Zenya is an Amazing place. The facility is warm and welcoming and the staff are awesome. I have had 2 massages with cupping done by Maya and I can not rave enough about my experience. Maya is extremely knowledgeable, caring and thorough. She is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home. She remembers me by name when I come in and the issues that I have. Cupping by nature is not an enjoyable experience, but she makes it more bearable through her warm personality and her lively conversation. Cupping has really helped me pull out the toxins in my system and regain range of motion in my shoulders previously lost due to injury. The bruising is intense but worth it and I am so happy that I was Introduced to Maya because she truly loves the practice of cupping and does her best to make sure you get the most out of your session. She is through in explaining how everything is connected and how treating different areas can aliveate issues in others. She even taught me some amazing stretches to help with my carpal tunnel. If you have massive tension and tightness you want cupping! And you want it done by Maya!! I will totally be going back for many more sessions!!! So happy to have my body back and do the things I love without the usual pain <3
