Fitness Together

I'm updating a review here (where, apparently, I gave 5 stars but no info. I will say that FT has been a lifeline, particularly during COVID. They managed a pivot to teaching one-on-one and group sessions remotely (via Zoom) incredibly successfully. The trainers have been unflagging in their enthusiasm, and in their ability to manage a wide range of home-based gyms and equipment. I think the world of these guys!!

Brian and Manny and Markender and Iva and Marty helped me release 8 pounds and keep it off and helped my uncle release 22 pounds and keep it off. We are much happier. They helped my Mom who fell and broke her femur recover so she can now do 40 stairs in a day!

Great personalized training! Everybody is very friendly and I am already seeing results in only 6 weeks. Fitness Together is giving me all the tools I need to change my lifestyle and become stronger, leaner and even a faster runner!

Great team of personal trainers who compose impeccably well thought out workouts based on the results you want to achieve, and using equipment you have handy at home (if you are doing virtual sessions as I did). If you are looking for a PT who is going to not only guide you through each exercise, but also challenge and encourage you, look no further!

I highly appreciate the personal attention I get at Fitness Together (both in correcting my form and in selecting the most appropriate equipment and exercises for my needs), the trainers' scientific approach to exercise, and the wide variety of exercises and equipment used in training sessions.Update: one year after joining, I feel stronger, more flexible and in better shape than I've been in years! I love the Zoom pack classes, which provide the same level of attention as in-person, but save me the commute and make it extra safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. I've tried a number of cheap online-only services, but nothing else was able to keep me engaged and motivated to keep pushing myself forward. Fitness Together is the best solution for me and I highly recommend giving them a try!

PJ, Paula and team are absolutely fantastic! The trainers are knowledgeable, professional and create an environment that promotes customer success. They have helped me with strength and mobility. Also, have a golf workout program that has helped my game. Strongly recommend this crew of awesome individuals!

Highly recommend Fitness Together Belmont! I began training with Paula and Maddie during the pandemic with little fitness experience. I was unsure about starting training via zoom, but now I can’t imagine a week without it. Maddie is an excellent trainer and accommodates to specific goals and challenges. She goes above and beyond to makes sessions worthwhile. This was easily the best decision I made in 2020-2021. It is an investment in yourself, both physically and mentally, and I could not speak more highly of FT Belmont. Thanks Maddie!

We all understand that being fit requires a balancing of strength training, aerobic activity, nutrition and goal setting. FT Belmont is able to delicately balance these dynamics in each session, working closely with individuals to help them meet (and exceed) expectations. It's a professional, supportive and welcoming environment unlike many large, impersonal gyms.
