This gym is fantastic and I’m very pleased with it so far. They’re ridiculously clean and everyone is respectful of the equipment and of other peoples space. The trainers have helped me when I asked for instruction. Big locker room and big sauna.

Possibly the best gym I've ever been a member of. Friendly staff and plentiful, high quality equipment of all types. Great layout and super clean locker rooms. I would be a long term member if I wasn't moving far away!

I've been a member at a lot of gyms over the years. New Balance is the best! The facility is SPOTLESS! Literally cleaner than my home. The staff is extremely friendly. The manager Scott is a great guy. He's become an actual friend over the years. If you're looking for a really nice gym, New Balance is the place.

An excellent gym! Super clean, very spacious, great selection of weights/machines/etc and it is all in good condition. Very happy with the place so far. Really the only complaint I’ve got is the hours on the weekend aren’t great, I wish they were open later.

This is without a doubt the nicest and cleanest gym I've ever been a member of. Lots of equipment and plenty of space, 2 awesome studios for exercise and spin classes, and spacious locker rooms with a sauna and towels. They also have free parking in the garage when you validate your ticket. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and the overall atmosphere in the gym is great! It feels like you're a member of the family at NB Fitness Club!

NB Fitness Club is an incredible facility! Great space with all the equipment you could need. The staff are super welcoming and do a great job keeping the space very clean. I highly recommend this gym to anyone in the Boston area!
