My granddaughter is in to soccer in a big way and has been working with Lacey to strengthen her kick. I see a huge improvement in the power behind her kicks and the distance.

I called, left voicemails and I even sent text messages with NO RESPONSE at ALL!!! The look of the website does not match their level of unprofessionalism. I cannot believe after diligently reaching out to them I received ABSOLUTELY nothing in return! No phonecall, No text and No email. I dont even want to participate in this program at this point.

I have been going to Lacey Lee since the new year and have nothing but good things to say. I enjoy the classes and really like the fact that the instructors work with your personal fitness level and don't expect everyone to be the same. The class schedules also work for me since my own schedule is constantly changing. I am able to attend morning, afternnon, or night classes as needed! I would definatley reccomend Lacey Lee Fitness.

This a great private gym that offers classes and personal training for all types, no matter what your fitness level or scheduling needs might be. Lacey, Nick and Daryl are fantastic instructors who make sure you have a good hard work out so your hour is always put to good use. If you are not a fan of classes but need a change from what you are doing (or not doing), try these. They are not dancy, weird or complicated. If you're a runner who resists strength training you should go, you get faster almost overnight and it's so much better than wandering around the machines alone. I've been a member of a lot of gyms in different places and this is the best experience yet.

I havebeen going to Boot Camp Class at Lacey Lee for almost two years. The class is always challenging and the workouts differ from day to day. The result, I've improved my fitness level, maintained my weight and made some great friends.

So far Lacey has been a great help in getting motivated and energized and break the cycle of just working out alone. You can make the routine as challenging as you want and can definately get a good workout as long as you bring some heart and soul to the table. There is no pressure, no judgement, just encouragement and positivity! I am definately not a morning person, but Lacey makes it worth getting up early!
