Very nice and clean gym. Staff is very friendly and inviting. Bouldering routes are a bit on the difficult side for my experience with v1s but that just means more of a challenge for improvement. To be clear there are plenty of great v0s there for beginners and for practicing. The difficulty distribution of routes was great.

The staff at Send It Climbing really know how to make a novice climber feel welcome, safe, and confident. Everyone is so friendly! Their process for orienting new customers to their facility is very thorough and efficient. The space is kept very clean and tidy, and I see the staff disinfecting the common areas and surfaces regularly. A/C is a real plus, especially during hot days. Every time I go I'm challenged in new ways and I always learn something new. Love coming here!
