Not a bad place to workout at but the staff do a HORRIBLE job of keeping restrooms clean. It’s literally to the point where they are unsanitary I don’t even feel comfortable using them.

This establishment is the worst place I've ever worked out at in my entire life. During COVID they decided to not cancel my membership even after I told them I did not want to work out at their gym. I told the Manager at the time that I thought I had contracted COVID from their gym. The manager and a few of their staff members contracted COVID. Of course I can not prove that I was directly infected from their gym. However: when the COVID outbreak occurred Oklahoma was in lockdown mode. I never went anywhere other then the store to buy food and my apartment. It doesn't take a genius to figure out how I got infected? The manager and the owner will tell you that they have messages recorded from me? That has not been proven yet. You can not get ahold of their billing company because they use a third party company somewhere in the middle east I am assuming. Fast forward I was reported to the credit burro and forced to pay $30 per month since 2019. At the end of the day no one really cares about your well being. They are just a corporate gym with individual owners that are never present. I would steeeeeeeeeer clear of this gym. I do not recommend this gym to anyone.

Great and safe place to workout. My only complaint is the lack of cleanliness and constant issue of products (Toilet paper, wipes, soap).

Spoke with Xavier and completed the Cancellation months ago. And yet...they will not stop charging. Cannot get a response locally or from franchise. Went online, finally found a number to call and It Was NEVER Cancelled. Pathetic!

They just will NOT stop charing my debit card. I've gone in to cancel many times and yet they will not stop. No Manager on site... makes the Trainer do housekeeping and customer service. But, there is NO service. Been trying to get this thing resolved for over 4 months now....still to no effect. Rip-offs!

Huge RIP-OFFS!!!!! Will NOT STOP CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD. Terrible customer service. Short-staffed. No real Manager On-site. I signed the Cancellation, still to NO Effect. Month after Month....they are greedy and horrible to deal with. They assure me every-time that it's cancelled but NEVER offer to return my money.

-0 stars- I have not worked out at this location in numerous years.My membership was at another location and for what ever reason it was moved to this location. I was never made aware of this. I have tried for almost 3 years to get this membership canceled. With NO help from staff or management at this location. I have had over 20 conversations with management. Never helped with getting my membership canceled just sent me to collections. Never tried to call me to advised me they were sending me to collections. Never received an email advising about status or that they were sending me to collections.
