I did not have a good experience with EoS Fitness in Las Vegas. They insisted on a credit card so they could auto-bill as much as they liked. Cancelation was nearly impossible (still ongoing actually) and riddled with problems. Firstly, they advertise a $9.99/month membership, but what they don't tell you is that they'll charge you in advance for a yearly membership, among other gratuitous fees, and if you fail to provide them with a 30-day cancelation notice by email to their special email address, then you'll keep getting billed. In order to receive their special email address, you must first register an account on their website. It's one set of frustrating obstacles after another with this company. (On their website, they specify that even if you cancel, you won't receive any confirmation of your cancellation for at least 5 to 7 business days -- for confirmation of payments, it can take up to 14 business days to receive any form of invoice or receipt). Furthermore, by requesting this 30-day notice, it means you're committed to paying for an additional month before you can leave. This is very deceptive; it raises a red flag in itself. I ended up being charged over $120 for my first month of fitness, even though I warned them in advance that I was cancelling my membership and to not auto-rebill me for the next month. Did they listen? Absolutely not. None of the employees at any EoS location has the power to make any decisions on your membership; it's all done from their ABC Fitness Head Office (aka Boiler Room) in Arkansas. To make matters worse, they added an additional $27 to my bill because they told me that my payment didn't process successfully on their end. I checked with my card issuer and it was working perfectly fine; EoS were just looking for an excuse to levy additional charges to my card. Upon a subsequent trial by an EoS manager, payment did process successfully, yet they still refused to remove the added $27 fee for which THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING IN THE FIRST PLACE. The way EoS (ABC Fitness) treats their customers is abhorrent, shameful, and I don't believe they'll stay in business for much longer if they continue this way. Perhaps what EoS fails to recognize is that there are an abundance of competitor gyms in Las Vegas offering better value, and if customers are unhappy with the way they're being treated by EoS, they'll simply go elsewhere. Lastly, some of the locations I frequented had equipment that was worn out, and it was not uncommon to find machines that were in need of repair, out of service, or were not repaired in a timely manner. While their on-site employees were generally friendly, I really couldn't find any other positives. Would I therefore recommend EoS Fitness to anyone? The answer would be a resounding "No!"

My cc was stolen and then locked and happened to fall on the week of my eos charge was up. Guess what they charged it and obviously it got denied and they added a fee and wont forgive the fee. For the guy trying to change to lvac it is even worse over there.

There’s basically an EOS at every other corner and I’ve been to a lot around my area but this is the only one where I feel so welcome and is so client oriented, Tyrrell is so great! He goes above and beyond the “welcome in” at the door. Even though it’s a bit of a farther drive it’s well worth it! Great team here.

Ample bikes, treadmills and ski machines, good air conditioning, clean facility, plenty of parking, staff friendly. I really like the Eos on Centennial & Simmons quieter gym ( smaller) than the other one I had visited. I will be using this location from now on.

I'm about to switch to lvac. This gym is just way too small. I go around midnight and even then I'm waiting on equipment. The girl who works the midnight shift mon-friday just sits at the desk and eats taco bell all night. The trash bins are overflowing, and half the paper towel dispensers are empty. The girl I see on Sunday nights always keep the trash empty and the paper towels stocked.

We use this place for showers and light exercise. It's ok but nothing fancy. It's got lots of exercise equipment. The showers are usable and generally clean.

I would like to thank the staff at the Aliante location for helping take care of my mother with setting up her gym membership, we had went to the losee location prior to coming here and had a terrible experience with the staff being rude and dismissive and not wanting to help us. We really appreciate Tyrell and Kai (hopefully I spelled your names correctly) for creating a pleasant and welcoming experience for us. We plan on coming back and hopefully being regulars here at this location.

I’ve tried finding a time to go when it’s not so crowded and I have forms that to be 3-4am. I’ve tired going late but come 1030pm to 12 it’s like a dirty smelly night club. Young kids just standing around with their friends or sitting on a machine on their phone. Weights are always being hogged up so don’t see a point in keeping my membership.
