I've been going here for 6 months now and I honestly cannot say enough nice things about this gym. The programming is good and the coaches are amazing, invested, and caring people. The other clients are all super friendly too! This has truly become my home here in Las Vegas!

I- Impressive coachesT- Terrific ambianceC- Coaches RockF- Fantastic gym familyITCF by far is the best crossfit gym I have ever attended. All of the coaches are knowledgeable, dedicated, and very encouraging. ITCF welcomes everyone from babies to wise adults ;) Relationships build there and continue to grow outside the gym. Community that workout together, stay together!

I visited as a drop in during an open workout and they owner and coaches treated my like I was a monthly member. I jumped right in with the crew and had a blast. I would drop-in here again the next time I'm in vegas.

I would hands down recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I’ve never met such a friendly and encouraging group of people. Not to mention the amazing coaches. If you haven’t tried it but have always been curious, this is the place to go!

All the ITCF are incredible. Coach Eli creates an environment of fun and encouragement while keeping her classes on task. I love the attention they pay to spinal posture and foot positioning. So many great things to say. Love them!!!

ITCF was welcoming and friendly from the day I walked through it’s doors. Actually before that! I called to talk with the owner and talk pricing - they were awesome and super understanding. I have since been pushed as an athlete and challenged in my overall fitness. I love this place and happily pay the CHEAPEST RATES in Las Vegas for crossfit each month! Yay for ITCF

Iron Talon CrossFit has that small, super friendly community that I was really looking for in a box when I moved to Vegas. I tried the big boxes and they were great...but Iron Talon just has that special vibe I had been yearning to get back after leaving Okinawa, Japan. The owners are fantastic and the coaches are so welcoming. I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
