They used to be 24 hours and said they were going back to 24 hours, instead they keep cutting their hours and I can't even get my morning workouts in. Don't trust the sales people, they lie to sale you memberships.

While not my local gym, worth it. Majority of people clean up after themselves and put equipment back. Not too pack for the hours i show up at the gym.

worst customer service I ever had.. Please do not join here. I went here just to join and wanna and at the same time I had 3 day free pass.. But the staff rejected to my three days free pass saying I live in Norwalk.. I was surprised with their restriction. I live in Norwalk which is roughly 1 miles from from this club.. Seems 24 hours is doing fake advertisement and waste my time.. please alert with this scam advertisement and club

Why are they called 24 hr fitness when they close at 9? I understand covid and all, but what about closing at 12 like your competitors LA fitness or Crunch? This is very frustrating to me as a customer since 24hr fitness is supposed to allow cx the freedom of time, that's one of the reasons the membership is far more expensive than other competitors. Please address this 24hr!

My home gym but not my favorite anymore. LA country mandates enough said. Several machines broken, upkeep so so but staff is cool as hell!!! Sauna always tripping. I think the owner just doesn’t care.

Spacious and all around well clean and maintained! The staff in the front were very kind and helpful when creating our online account. 10/10 recommend :)

Nice gym ,the staffare amazing . Unfortunately no child care while you workout. They could spend more time cleaning but over all great experience.

Many machines are still our of service due to covid and they're currently closing at 9 P.M. their name should be changed.
