Brand new 24 hr fitness so that means all the machines work and club looks amazing

Do not attend here the club manager thinks he's above you the employees do whatever he says they're afraid of him. So be warned with mistreatment.not worth the $40 dollars and upper management wonth take any action against him very unprofessional.

Everything is great. Just have to deal with the dis inflating kiddy pools, and those who never watched count dracula(Sesame Street) so weights can be re-stacked correctly. Maintenance on machines could be improved.

I want to pump *clap* you up!Getting my swoll on at the new 24 Hour Fitness Super Sport in Cerritos.Brand new from the ground up, this location looks far & away sleeker & sexier than the Long Beach Super Sport I used to frequent, which was a former Sports Connection back in the late 90's. With this location now open, I can easily ride my bike to & from, burning even more calories & already having a warm up & cool down. The machines are smooth like butta, aside from the deltoid fly I used. It had an unusual delay to it. It was great feeling the comfy padding as I pumped out dumbbell bench presses. Besides the usual free weights, there are TRX stations, rope pulls & other resistance exercises.Cardio-wise, plenty of treadmills, stairclimbers, stationary & recumbent bikes, spinning, lateral & regular elliptical trainers present to get your sweat on. The one that caught my attention & which I enjoyed using was the Woodway Curve manual treadmill. Reminding me of the bottom half of a hamster wheel. the Woodway Curve states users can burn up to 30% more calories than traditional treadmills. And, I can testify to that! After only a few minutes, I began sweating like a politician before a Senate hearing. For the ballers, there is a full size basketball court. My days of pick up bball games are over, but I occasionally practice my shot when the mood strikes. The multipurpose room has daily classes, such as Zumba & yoga. I hope to enroll in some to add variety to my workout.A kids day care area is by the entrance for those that need their kids looked after while they get their burn on.The one thing the Long Beach Super Sport has that's better than the Cerritos Super Sport is that Cerritos only has a three lane swimming pool, whereas LB has four. First thing I thought when I saw it? Damn, that's gonna be crowded come summer.Parking is in a private lot at the Plaza 183 shopping center. The Cerritos Super Sport is located north of Nordstrom Rack. On 183rd St., enter by BJ's Brewhouse & proceed north. I believe there is also an entrance on north Studebaker, too.Look better naked! The 24 Hour Fitness Cerritos Super Sport is a wonderful addition to my area, which I made sure to take advantage of when I could. Being so close means savings on gas & I could literally come everyday to get some type of exercise on. Or, maybe just hang out in the sauna & hot tub. Hey, those burn calories, too. Don't they? ;pHighly recommend!

Excellent GYM - because it's a 24 hour fitness and its two minutes from my house! Finally!!! I don't need to even try it to know it's going to be great! Drove by it like 5x waiting for it to open, is that weird? December 19th can't come any sooner.

At 1st I thought "o cool they made a 24 hour fitness around here" then I thought that this place is a bit small. So when I finally got to try it out it turns out it's a "super sport"The guy tried to upgrade me to super sport member, but hell no I am not going to pay extra for this "super sport " maybe 24 hour fitness should make more normal 24 instead of so call "super sport"I also notice that some of the reviews are from the employees

This place is awesome. Best 24 hour hands down. Experienced a 24 hour in la Mirada but that SUCKED. this place was awesome. Great equipment clean stuff give out towels and basketball courts which have smaller backboards but. Are fine. The jacuzzi on top of that? Get yo self a membership

Men's bathroom is okay. Nothing too fancy like Ultra. The gym gets crowded on the weekdays in the evening after work. Prepare to wait on certain machines and workout area because people are using it. There's a Cross-fit platform I like. Only problem with this gym I have is that I haven't seen one barbell clamp or collar. That's a problem when you lift heavy weights and the plates slides off on the sides.
