24 Hour Fitness

I've been to eight different 24 hour fitness and this place is the best ever !Huge place, new machines, big windows and sunshine.

The manager there is horrible he thinks he's all that he told my daughter to pay for a membership our else she has to leave she was only on her 2nd day of using her guest past, this guy is a creep needs to be re trained has no clue about what he talks about just un professional all of the staff there are clueless to what he was doing very afraid of this guy he asked who my husband was and he still will never know because that's none of his business but he is now aware of this situation!

The place is big,clean and the staff is cordial, one thing that drives me nuts in the morning is the loud rap noise music, it fills like this place is only for people that like rap.I finally had enough after complaining to the staff and there's no change. Time to change back to Y. M. C. A.

Although this location gets really crowded almost all the time (except around 11pm), this is a really nice and clean gym. All the equipments are working and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

I was very disappointed with the staff at the gym. They were not helpful with me in enrollment of my membership, they didn't give me any help at all. I was in the gym yesterday at 530 and the staff complete disregard me with help at the computer to enroll my membership. I have been with the gym for 4 yrs and have never experienced this.

First off, the morning staff is great. Jessica and Landon are especially nice in the mornings and they deserve 5 stars! Here is why they get one star:The club has been out of towels and unable to provide the towel service that it advertises for three consecutive mornings. This was also a problem off and on about 6 months ago but I figured they had come up with a solution. Not so. For the last three mornings, we have been greeted with "No Towels" signs at the sign in desk and no explanation for it. I have been to other clubs in the morning, Yorba Linda, Irvine, Downey, and none of them have this problem even though the crowds at these locations far outnumber the number of people at the Cerritos location.Now each morning hundreds of people are using both weight training and cardio equipment and are unable to wipe it down since no towels are available. I understand we have the ability to bring our own towels, but we are paying a premium membership fee for these services and it should be available when we are at the club. I also can't understand how this can happen with the club being just over a year old. Please take care of this issue immediately so that members who use this gym can receive the services that are advertised and that we are paying for.

I have been going to this location since it opened and it was great in the beginning...clean and new. I have had trouble with the LOUD music system. I have asked and asked to have it turned down, as NO ONE listens to it. All the people 99.9% have their own headphones. The people on the floor have a hard time talking to each other... why? I have tenitis and I'm not suppose to be around LOUD systems as it will make it worse. So in order for me to hear my headphones I have to turn it up and even then the 24Hr system is loud. So this is a problem for sure.UPDATE: After speaking to the Member Service yesterday with the nicest girl, I got a call from Justin at the gym who was very understanding and helpful. Today I went and the nice guy at the desk turned the system down to a normal level, so I had a great time/workout! I'm thankful that the people at 24HR are so nice.Update 2: I gave up after trying to "manage" ... I'm gone!The one girl at early morning time 4:00 was so indifferent and when I asked her why she turned the sounds back up she said she didn't... "maybe the system turned itself up"(whaaaa?)Bummer...

Nice gym new equipment. Parking can be an issue depending on what time of day you work out. My biggest complaint is the Structure of the contracts. There are alot of other gyms in the area with different price points and ones that don't have a yearly contract and membership fees.

Great set up. Very roomy with many weights. Various machines to target different muscle groups. Clean and presentable. The only gym I have seen where the weights are actually placed back to their designated spots. The staff is very welcoming and take time to acknowledge everyone.

Worst customer service manager was very rude dont come here . They need to replace that manager .
