Staff workers don’t seem to care that some people aren’t wearing masks. They need to enforce it for everyone’s safety. Take the cleanliness and health of everyone more seriously.

Amazing place. Looks odd from the outside but once you step inside, I found the gym to be nicely laid out and spacious and clean

They are not taking their cleanliness seriously. They state that they are going to clean every 30 minutes. I was there for 45, and no one e cleaned anything.Some people did wipe down the equipment that they used, but I would say that i did not even see 50% of the people wipe down the equipment after they were done with it.They also do not enforce wearing a face covering even though it is a requirement from the state of California (not a 24hr requirement)

What's the point of the new app and the reservation system if they won't open the door? There is a line of about 50 people as they start walking away and the door remains lock with no one at the desk. Typical 24 Hour Fitness, horrible customer service paired with high prices and dirty clubs. It's no wonder they're going bankrupt. I'm definitely not renewing this membership.
