If you're trying to hit the punching bag dont go this gym no matter what time of day it is you won't be able to hit it.I've asked staff to relocate the bag and they said we will but it's been two months and nothing yet

I was disappointed I wasn’t able to work out using the free 3 day pass because I didn’t have a California ID as I have just moved here. I told them I was interested in joining. The LEAST you guys could’ve done is offered some information about the different memberships.

This gym drives me crazy with no wifi. My phone wont work when i need to get online and yea sure you can ignore your phone when you train but not if your work is needing wifi. Every other gym in the world has it except this one. Come on cerritos get with 2019 !!

The only reason I bought a 2-year membership for this "super-sport" club is because of the towel service they provided. Last week, they suddenlystopped providing the towel service. Well.. I am stuck for another year and then after that I am definitely not coming back

Front desk receptionist became discriminatory against me when it showed that I had a past due annual fee. Where I tried to explain that at 2:25 am I felt as though it was beyond unnecessary to deny me access when I was told I could speak to the manager later in the day after work. Where in the same light I was told I could maintain membership which was fully paid on time each month with auto payment.. she then gave me a very aggressive and condescending attitude as if she felt I could not or would not pay the mere 50$ fee. All I ask was for one day grace to speak with management. I even asked her to notate the account that We had that discussion. She then began to say that I was accosting her, verbally abusive, and or not listening to what she was saying. She then began to threaten to call security and police in which I felt my life was worth more then a petty arguement with someone who clearly has never had power before today. I immediately left but return with hands up (so I would seem aggressive) just to ask for managers business card. Where she hesitantly handed over. I left immediately thereafter. All in all, I understand she may have been just doing her job but the fact that she asked me “can you even pay the fee”-_- I work 60 hour weeks and make well enough. I’m on auto pay .. wow.(I did not respond to that. But those were my thoughts. ) then asking “you were notated once before two days ago.” Which in passing I was but I then asked to speak to a manager which was agreed but not notated. After failing at trying to calmly explain she began calling me a liar and gave me a stonewall attitude. Which I did not understand because I gave her space to speak and was very calm and respectful which I did not receive back. When I attempted to ask to just pay and speak to management later she began to then tell me no I am not allowed that I had to leave for talking back to her. As an adult I felt beyond disrespected as other members were walking by. I also felt very unsafe with how she began portraying me as an aggressor and feeling as though due to the fact I am a male and she was a female, that playing the victim would show in her favor and force me to leave. In which it did and being that I live 45 minutes away but come to this gym frequently, due to the proximity of work, it sadly upset me. I had to spend the 2 hours of time I would have spent in the gym and sat in my car after stretching and doing yoga outside because I had work later in the day. At this point it was sad that I had to receive such disrespectful and harrassing treatment and the forced to leave when that same energy was not reciprocated. I even during the arguement asked her why she was being so hostile. She then said no that’s you in a childish tone and said either listen or leave. I’m not asking for her to be fired or anything but serious customer service training is needed. Not all but for some.

To me this is not a good place for anyone serious about making gains. Yeah there are plenty of barbells and dumbbells but when the place gets packed with a bunch of people who clearly have no intention to take their workout seriously the gym feels more like a social club than a fitness club. Also I highly recommend not signing up for personal training here especially when they hire nothing but out of shape, ignorant average fools like mike, the one balding guy with a beard and a beer belly who is completely clueless about fitness and making progress. I'm already using my last month and will take my business elsewhere

I've been looking for the right gym with the right equipment for my needs. I called this one to ask if they had a pullover machine there...The person on the phone said we have everything here...I asked him again about this specific machine and was assured it was there....it wasn't...he lied and apparently doesn't know about the equipment present at the gym.So far I've only found that machine at Brea...I've been to 7 different 24hrs and only found it at Brea...I understand that they're not all the same but I wish 24hr had better knowledge about equipment present at their gym.

Still feels new even 3 years after opening. Seems to have good equipment. The pool area gets messy because some members are slobs. Staff at the front desk are very friendly and always say hello. Easy parking.

This gym not very old (and nice overall), but even right after the new year, when the gym is the busiest, there are several broken machines (really??!). For those of us who work out all year long, give us a break. Fix the machines! AND, do they not provide towels anymore? So, not a Super Sport? Do I get a break on my dues?!?!
