Were no help trying to figure out what was the issue with a membership card bought from a wholesale store. They were quick to respond by telling us we had to purchase a membership card when they previously said the last day before renewing the membership was the 25th. Employee was quick to get us out of the gym without an attempt to understand the situation and properly communicate what the issue was.

I been a member for 7 years never have a bad experience until today, I canceled my monthly auto payments because I bought the 2 years membership from a wholesale store,I was told from at Least 4 different clubs my last paid day was until November 22, after that I could start using the 2 years membership I bought, today I went to get my workout done at this location that was in my way, when I got there I the receptionist Jared told me I couldn’t go in because my membership was canceled, I told him I had bought the 2 years membership but I was told I still have access to the clubs until the 22, He responded I needed the 2 years membership card If I wanted in, I asked to speak with the manager when he went to the front desk he didn’t even introduce himself or ask how he could help or what was the problem, he was so rude and disrespectful! worse costumer service I ever had, I had to call a family member to get the membership at my desk and send me a picture to my phone, I’m very disappointed with the costumer service especially from the manager Josh, I think as a manager you should be a role model to the rest of the crew and he definitely isn’t. I like 24 fitness overall just making a recommendation to check the management and costumer service at this location.

Really big gym that is upkept better than most of the 24 hour locations. I’m a fan of the newer equipment that i haven’t l seen in other locations however their POS system is down almost every other week. That’s the main downside. Their staff is okay when they feel like talking to you.Dropped a star when i realized that they dropped the towel service. Isn’t that the main reason people choose this gym and pay more for that? So is 24 going to lower my rate now?

Bad this is a dump people inside sauna with shoes smell bad employees don’t care talk to one of them didn’t do anything about it

The equipment is good there is everything there to exercise and enjoy yourself with the staff could be better but they are okay

My favorite location; when Im here I feel like im in an exclusive club like, only awesome people can get in.

Now this 24hrs is nice I don't live close by but any chance of visiting here is always a plus for me. No complaints .

They play commercials and “music” much too loud here. It is overwhelming and I can’t hear my music using Airbuds. Weights and barbells are scattered about the place.
