Poor layout with redundant and dated machines crowding the space. Decent facility but one of the lesser Equinoxes I've been to and gets very busy at peak times. Management has no sense of urgency to modernize the gym.

I was a member for about 8 months. Be careful with what you sign up for. The app never worked and the front desk took message but the management never responds to your phone calls or attempts to contact them. Every time I went there I spend 20 minutes just trying to set my app up could never do that. I froze my account but they kept posting charges on my credit card stating that was the first time I found out that it was a 12 month contract. I spoke to the manager Megan after 14-15 days of leaving messages. Half the days she was out other half she was in one meeting or the other. She almost never calls you back. She mentioned that she will take the charges of freeze period off if we continued for atleast 6 months. Cancellation was another horror story. Last time we went to the club was May 23 and I notified them by email that we no longer will be able to come on June 6 but the charges on on my account kept posting till July. The manager is extremely hard to reach.They sold it to me stating it is a month to month that could be cancelled at anytime and did not explain the 12 month requirement for new Please don’t make the mistake that made. You will not get the promised service, the dealings are unclear to start and closing your account will be another challange.
