Amazingly run health club! Impeccably clean, friendly staff, every type of weight, prop, or machine you could need. They also have a variety of classes. Always adding something new and different.

Decent, clean gym, I like the available towels and that it doesn’t seem to get too busy. Locker rooms, steam room and showers are top-notch. Mid-size space, tall ceiling on top floor, but not so much on the lower floor. There’s not a lot of workout equipment in comparison to much more affordable gyms in the area. Seems to have a ton of class offerings though. The membership is pricey, so to each its own. The biggest downside for me are the working hours, which are absolute worst than any gym in Connecticut currently. (Closes at 8pm Mon-Thurs, 7pm on Fri.) I hope they change this soon, or I may look elsewhere because of these bad hours.
