This place is wild. One time they had a male contractor fixing something in the women’s locker room without even so much as a sign to even warn us about it.Machines are sometimes broken and benches are in disrepair.Classes take up huge areas of the gym making your workout essentially over if you’re not taking the class. They have a completely ridiculous blanket rule of not being barefoot even when YOU’RE DOING YOGA— they also offer yoga classes! Are you seriously trying to tell me that we have to wear shoes and socks to take any yoga classes at this gym!?I’ve been coming here for a little over a year and I have to say I’m very disappointed. If it weren’t so reasonably priced I would take my business elsewhere. You get what you pay for I guess. Two stars for two thumbs down 👎👎

The gym is OK, but I do not have super high expectations due to the affordable monthly fees- what keeps me here is Dan the best instructor- the only instructor who teaches vigorous classes

This used to be 5 starts but I'm now editing it. There is a trainer there who blasts his music at sessions, it is *way* too loud and competes with the gym music and it is overwhelming. I've tried ear plugs under my noise cancelling head phones and it's still too much. This guy is also a little misogynic (overheard a conversation between him and a young female member, saying how something would be "impossible" for her (arm muscles??)So anyway. This place used to be great. I've been a member since about 2011 but now I'm wondering if I should try planet fitness. Maybe they are more considerate.I freaking hate leaving a bad a review, but this trainer is the worst.

Bad crunch location. Missing equipment everywhere, multiple pieces of broken and degrading equipment. Personal classes take half the equipment and personal trainers go haywire if you try to use a piece of equipment that is only available in the PT space even if they’re not using it. Like the barbell/ezbars go up in 20 pound increments because the PTs take all the 5 and 10 increments. Also rather dirty, the paper towels are never filled so nobody ever wipes down.

Nice little gym but does, at times, totally gets swamped by teenagers.....it's like the halls of a highschool. Just sitting around in the locker rooms.....on the machines....anywhere really.

I have been going to this gym for three years now. It was a great beginners gym back in October 2021. Unfortunately with recent machine upgrades also came more personal trainers.Don’t get me wrong, I can appreciate a good personal trainer who enjoys helping people. But there is one in particular that acts annoyed when people, who pay to go to the gym, use the machines… That’s kind of backwards to me. It seems crunch has hired too many trainers who think they own the machines and who also think paying customers should get off the machines just because a trainer said so. Major parts of the gym are blocked off when there is a one on one training session. That bothers me because the gym isn’t big enough for that. Moving the free weights to another part of the gym has also become a problem even though i always put the weights back where i found them.My monthly payment has gone up but my stars for this place have definitely gone downUPDATE: I figured out one of the biggest issues at crunch. It actually has a name. Knox. This trainer is constantly harassing members about gym equipment (that’s not in use by him.) He has the biggest attitude i’ve ever seen on a man. Crunch would be so much better if he was fired, to be honest. A couple of staff members I have talked to agree on the fact that he should be let go. That would make Crunch a more enjoyable place.

Good bang for your buck, obviously making it a very busy place during peak hours. Good selection of machines but the free weight area needs a lot more room!
