They have an amazing staff, have absolutely no problem with them. However equipment is outdated with repairs being an issue and quality of gym. Just feels as if it needs new equipment. Other 24 hrs, have new weight plates and such.

I went to check out this gym to see if i wanted to get a membership for two and the rudest non professional with an attitude man name jhonny in sales, " He is short, fat, Ugly and dark" came to us and said, you cannot come in here unless you pay $20 each or get a membership since you were already here once.We did come in once but left immediately, there for we did not stay to use any equipment. There are many gyms out there that have better customer service skills and are cheaper than this 24hr fitness in oceanside ca.I dont know how this guy keeps his job, he needs to be replaced and work in a place where there is no customers to deal with.

This gym is near Camp Pendleton Marine base and can be quite active during the typical evening busy times. The facility itself is about 15 years old and is beginning to show some wear (the occasional roof leaks, worn flooring, etc.). There was an infusion of some new, updated equipment recently but more machines are in need of overhaul/replacement due to excessive wear.Personally, my biggest concern is the men's locker room. It was pretty nasty. I am not being nitpicky because there were inexcusable things like empty toilet paper dispensers in ALL the stalls, floors that weren't mopped in days or longer, caked on mold in the showers, commodes and urinals that weren't cleaned regularly. There has been a slight improvement recently but conditions are still far below par from what I've experienced. The saving grace is the friendliness of the staff and patrons that give a homey, down to earth vibe... I've had great conversations and even made friends with many cool folks from there.So... Clean, fix, upgrade and it will be perfect.

The parking lot had a security guard when we first signed up over a year ago and now they don't which is why you will see broken window glass in their parking lot on a weekly basis. Our car window was smashed in the middle of a busy Saturday afternoon and they caused extensive damage to the paint and leather which is why we have insurance but I simply don't feel safe here anymore. The staff and officer who helped us make a police report were not surprised and made comments about how this keeps happening. I tried talking to the manager about their security lapses but she dismissed me and denied that there was a problem. I sent an email to corporate last week and never received a response. You do have a problem and it's bad customer service, we pay a lot of money to come here and we didn't deserve to be treated this way.As a side note, the staff here is wonderful with the exception of the manager.

Terrible customer service, plain and simple. Be very aware of checking your credit card when dealing with this shady facility; constant fees with no explanations given. The gym equipment and space is mediocre at best although busy times get extremely crowded. The basketball court has no AC inside of it ever since it was shut down SEVERAL months ago due to a leak. Zero motivation is given by any of the employees which is disheartening considering the fitness industry strives on helping others better themselves. The only time I've seen an employee ask somebody about their fitness journey is when inquiring for personal training, I understand as a gym you wish to sign people up for personal training but it should not just be about the money! As for somebody who is still relatively newer to the weight lifting scene I would definitely never suggest this place for new beginners as it is not very welcoming and can very easily turn people off from wanting to go to the gym with all the frustration caused.

Stair machines are always broken, everything needs maintenance. They have hidden fees they don't mention, staff is rude, they won't let you use the free trial unless you have an id that says you live in the area. Only thing I like about this gym is that the classes are good! As soon as my 12 month contract is up i'll be taking my business elsewhere

Always super clean and well maintained gym floor and locker room...but spotty cell reception.

Attended this gym for a year before moving. Expensive free weight selection, plenty of machines, and treadmills. I wouldn't recommend this gym as a place for someone who's new to working out unless they planned on spending hundreds of dollars for a trainer.

Staff is friendly. Recently took over by new management. Also the basketball court leaks bad when it rains. They do not take care of the basketball court at all. The wood floor is pretty much trash. Also this building blocks all cell service. And NO WIFI. why would you need wifi, cause I stream music to workout too.

Good equipment. Plenty of parking. However lots of negatives. Slow to replace damaged/broken equipment. Dirty showers not cleaned often enough. Terrible canned royalty-free music - you won't recognize a single song. Some songs are just grating to your ears. Junk music means less motivation for your workouts. Too many fat old nude men who hang around the mens locker room for hours. Complained to management about this but they did nothing.
