Walked in after driving 1 hour to get here and felt unwell. Staff wouldn’t even let me use the bathroom prior to paying for a guest pass, even though I was going to come back and pay for a guest pass. Ridiculous.

This gym is awesome. There are smoking hot girls everywhere you look. Even the front desk staff are impressive. Makes the time during my cardio workout pass fast.

Worst service ever. Went in for a 3 day pass and they wouldn't let me in before the pass expired. Tried reasoning with them on why they wouldn't honor the full 3 day pass and got the run around. This is why they will never get my service again.

Customer service is not to par with competitors depending on what staff is on shift. Definitely not hassle free as if there isn’t plenty of other gyms in Oceanside. Would not recommend.

Brought my friend to try the gym with his 3 day free pass. We got there, then they executed their famous bait and switch and told us to get out or pay $20 for a guest pass. He just moved to the area, and his license shows that he lives 20 minutes away. A sorry excuse for a sales tactic, this policy is severely lacking ethics.
