24 Hour Fitness

It's a 24 hour sport. There's a basketball court that's currently closed and an outdoor tent with limited equipment.

We were rudely approached by staff when we were trying to sign in for our 3 day pass to try out the gym telling us we would have to pay for even just one day to try out the gym. Saying it was up to them who gets a three day pass and who doesnt. Im so dissappointed in thr people that work at this location and thr 24 hour fitness as a whole for such jerks showing what your company is about. I would givr no stars but have to leave one. Shame on you planet fitness how you dont care about new members.

At 11:30 AM, today, walked up to the guy (white guy with a black hat) who sits at where you sign up for membership and was talking to another employee. Informed him the cleaning spray is out. He replies “okay” with like a do what and get out of here face. The cleaning spray for over 30-40 min at least (left by then) doesn’t get replaced as other members try to use the spray to clean their equipment for others. When gym management is this bad, you shouldn’t go to this gym.

Went online and got a free pass for my girlfriend. I selected the gym on frazee road. We followed all the correct steps. Then they would not honor the pass because her license says Los Angeles. She drove all the way fromLos Angeles to come to the gym with me. Wasted time, money, energy and planning. I’ll be canceling my membership soon

Very poor service. My friend and I signed up for a 3 day trial pass for this specific location, and was not allowed access by the front desk. He wanted my friend and I to pay $20 for each entrance and told us that our pass was not valid, a pass that we signed up for that day. He was making wild claims how services aren't free because we weren't local, even after showing him our drivers license and proving that we are. Very unprofessional, avoid this location and chain at all cost. Truly disgusting.

The gym is the perfect size and it's never too busy any time we go. Ashley is the one who signed us up. She was very friendly and very helpful. Everyone there is friendly, but Ashley seems to go above and beyond when people walk in just to check in, buy something have a question or just wants to chat she is always smiling and there to help. We definitely found our new gym with overall satisfaction of equipment and employees!

Awesome gym. Friendly team members. Lots of gym equipment to use. Group exercise classes available too. Parking lot is huge but is shared with In-n-Out so there is a lot of through traffic including pedestrians.

Finally open for Zumba... working out in a mask is the pits..

I've been to many of them around the area and i would rate this second to the sports level one in Escondido and the third would be the Bonita one.

They replaced the real gym equipment with new equipment. Might as well go to Fitness 19 at 1/3 the monthly rate.
