Spoke to Zach and one of his higher ups who chose not to disclose his name. Terrible customer service, beware of this 24hr fitness. I was completely disrespected over the phone regarding my membership. Just be careful every one, I am at a new gym and couldn’t be happier.

Nice gym. Kept clean. I wish the equipment would be updated soon. Also, maybe you could stay open till like 11, maybe 12? A lot of us work late and would appreciate it

The hoist equipment is awful built for men. I wished they made the decision to use a variety of different machines like the one on Palomar airport road. Have no machine for the torso and not enough for the abdomen. Do like the new spin cycles even though the previous ones were nice too

I have been a member for over 20 years and I have been going to this particular 24 hour since it opened. The one star rating is because there has been a ceiling drip from the AC condensation for the past couple of years (during warm weather). I have brought it to the attention of staff many times (as have other members) and written my concerns on their website but they have not remedied the problem. It is disconcerting to feel this drip from the ceiling and see the wet and probably moldy ceiling from which it came. It happens over many of the cross trainer cardio machines in the second row from the back. It may very well be a health hazard but at the least it is disgusting!

The gym itself is decent; however when it comes to canceling your membership if you need to, beware. I asked to cancel my membership in January 2020, and it’s halfway through March of this same year and I am still getting charged. Anytime I go in to ask to have my membership canceled I’m treated like a second rate inconvenience. Wish they would be more attentive to everyone, not just people that are signing up.

This place could use a little pick me up on the equipment! Some of it is really old and worn down! If they were to add new equipment this place would be great!

I just called the Board of Health. A couple of the women's shower back up so you're standing in putrid sewer water. I've complained to the club, but no one does a damn thing. This is the 2nd time this month I've gotten sick, and I'm pretty sure it's because of the dirty shower rooms. The pool could be cleaner, too. I'm not going back...I can't afford to get sick again!

This location, when compared to the Super Sport in Carlsbad is just ok. While their equipment is adequate enough to get a good workout in, there is nearly always a piece of equipment or the facility is in need of repair. Many times, the branch would rather just remove the piece of equipment rather than repair it. If the equipment is not removed, it generally sits unused for months at a time with a sign and no repair date in sight. Additionally, in the event there is rain, the roof leaks incessantly. For the amount of money being paid to the club in membership fees, I would expect more.The redeeming quality of this club is completely the staff and the fact that its size allows for you to work around these deficiencies. Until the repairs are made and the equipment receives the attention it deserves, however, I will continue to pay more for the Super Sport in Carlsbad.
