Crunch Fitness - Odessa

This location likes to steal money from its members. I was charged multiple times for my membership in one month so I called and they agreed to refund me the extra charges. However, I never got the money they claimed they refunded. It has been a month and still no refunds. I ended up disputing the charges with my bank, ended my membership, and went to a different gym. If you go here please pay close attention to the transactions that take place with Crunch Odessa because they will take your money if given the opportunity.

Way too crowded all the time. They should open a new location for a 5 star rating

I have been asking for a phone number to corporate so I can make a complaint and am told there isn't one.

After months of trying to cancel membership and being told by a manager it would be cancelled. it took reporting to the better business bureau for them to finally cancel it.

I canceled my membership months ago, cus I was displeased with the gym and moved to another gym & they are still charging me and after I’ve made several attempts to fix this they are still giving me the run around and have YET TO FIX IT, they did the same thing to my husbands account, but his acct was sent to the credit bureau ( his debit card was replaced & he had no idea this paperwork was never completed by the staff at crunch), so his old debit card was being charged monthly and it was a closed card.This gym is soo unorganized and they do not care about their members.Please be very careful when choosing this gym…

Over all great service but I feel the machines need tons of cleaning. I go to the stair master ando don’t even know if I should deep clean it first or do my workout. It’s so nasty seeing them like this, really gross. The supposed annual fee is supposed to cover the cleaning fee and the machines have Looked like this since i have been coming.

Just moved here- gotta say it’s the unfriendliest staff I’ve ever met 😂I’ve greeted them when I walk in and had no response many times. I guess that’s common here ??Gym is fine, pretty busy but it’s January so 🤷🏼 it’s never dirty and cleaning supplies are almost always full. No big complaints :)

A year ago this place was a 5-star. Now I struggle to even give it a 3. The locker room is constantly filthy and forget about clean showers. You can't get a locker cause everyone leaves their locks on 24/7. And when "management" finally does something about it, they only selectively remove locks. I could go on but wouldn't matter. They just want to keep pushing people through for the money.

They hosted a pet adoption event. They were were great very friendly

Great gym it does get really crowded around 5-7 pm but it's also because it's that time of year when new year resolutioners are putting in there 3 weeks before they quit again 😂 …
