Crunch Fitness - Odessa

I love everything about this gym except how freezing cold it is in there right now. It’s uncomfortable to workout while the AC and fans are going on to the fullest. Please turn on the heater or make it a bit warmer.

The gym is standard but before you sign and contract or drop your credit make sure you are well informed because there are some hidden charges awaiting you under 3 months my card has been charge almost 300 dollar watch out guys

BEWARE !!! This place is a joke! It smells so bad and way over crowded. I left back in 2020 of March and have been trying to cancel my membership and still nothing. They will do everything to keep you locked in monthly membership dues ... even to the extent of saying that if you live out of state like I do... you have to come in and cancel it in person. I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA AND CANT JUST DROP IN AND CANCEL.

The gym is great but management and employees provide awful customer service. accidentally billed me $100+ what I was supposed to be billed somehow. Said they authorized a refund. I've been waiting two weeks to receive my funds.. So I called today and the employee said the manager is out sick and there's no one else I can talk to.. Lmao. Unbelievable

I've been going for about a month now, sifned up for about 6 months maybe,, 1st visit, showed up for my body scan,apt to be told I wasn't on the schedule. Showed up for the second one, same thing, so gave up on that. Never got a tour. I've gone about 7-8 times, and have yet to find a weighted machine available. It's pretty crowded, many workout in groups it seems, so in and hour and half, you will not see bars open up. I did find the saunas, they are in the restroom/locker room. Not sure where hydro massage or tanning or childcare is.

Started out nice when I signed up. They signed me up for the body composition. Yet when I showed, they didn’t have me scheduled. I rescheduled with Andy, they said, again when I showed Up. Andy didn’t show. But there was someone waiting outside looking to sign me up for training. I listened, I mentioned I was a runner, he wanted to put me on the elliptical. After a while I actually Signed up to meet with a trainer, met with one and made an appt. well dang it, that appt was somehow removed from the schedule again. She showed up and well, didn’t seem to remember me from the day before. We did the training after all and she was nice. It is now one month open. Treads are dirty and dusty. This morning half of the treads didn’t work because of speed maintenance or something like that. There is no social distancing but people comply with masks. Needless to say, I decreased my membership to the lowest monthly cost and will eventually cancel. Hoping it’ll get better. If you are up at 5am, it’s crowded. It should be more clean. Best thing, treads. Because I cant Seem to ever get on the machines. I would Not recommend anyone.

It's a good place to workout early inn the morning before 8am and after 11pm and everything is good for now and i would suggest people to this gym. There is enough for most workout area's in there when working out and they keep it nice and clean for now. They also have good pricing for there membership.

Went in to cancel my membership. Was told I needed to wait for a manager.... waited for 40+ minutes asked another employee about the manager coming to see me about canceling and the young lady handed me a sheet to fill out to cancel... The first guy was very rude and unprofessional.. instead of giving me the paper to fill out instead he decided it was necessary for me to wait 40+ minutes to fill out a paper.. this young man was named Oscar.. he also helped other people while i was “waiting” for a manager.

To start the facility is great clean new... but they try to immediately sale you a bunch of binding contracts with no real benefitThey will also openly lie to you an tell you their “hands are tied sorry” even if you never even used the serviceAn will openly say that is not our policy an do something else entirely terrible place with fake smiles an lies.(Update)Still an awful place currently charging me an I don’t t even have an account!!!! awful terrible an they just say sorry but some one must of used your card but we can’t stop the payment. But at 6 am can attempt to charge me 480 everyday currently going to the bank to file fraudulent transactions

Long story short if I could give this place 7 stars I would all because of management, very professional very polite and above all else extremely understanding especially the new manager Chris ( much respect) that guy help me out with an issue with my account that had a large amount that went into collections but I was still paying for my gym membership tho??. So I go up to the gym and ask for help about this and once again the new manager Chris took care of the whole thing for me!!!
