Came to visit from Round Rock, TX. Found Vagabond and decided to stop by for a class. Great atmosphere. People are cool and coaches are friendly. Over all this is an awesome place to train. Solid BJJ!

FANTASTIC on ALL counts! Coaching staff here coaches the entire person. They take you @ your personal level (of conditioning, confidence, age...) & away you go. Very patient. Very consistent. They listen to questions, never belittling but answering them & following up to make sure you understand the answer. There’s a standard of excellence in this academy that I think is reflective of its leadership & bjj. Great culture!

Honestly one of the greatest things I've ever done was walking into this gym. It has lifted my confidence up, helped me with accepting faliure and learning from it plus I've lost a HUGE amount of weight being here and built a great group of friends here. So thankful we have this place in Odessa and with there being 3 black belts on the mat can't get that anywhere else in this area!!!

I've been training here a little over a year now and I LOVE this place!! Not only has this place given me more confidence in myself and my everyday life, it's given me a sense of community and I have grown close to a lot of people that train here. My entire family trains here, husband and son. We couldn't be more grateful for finding vagabond. A diamond in the rough in this West Texas Town. ❤️

Vagabond has been an amazing experience for my son and I. Don’t be confused Jujitsu is challenging and will push you regardless of your athletic ability, age, or cardio shape but we are all forged in fire and iron sharpens iron. The greatest growth comes from challenging your body, mind, and spirit and in the short time at Vagabond I have experienced that. I look forward to the growth and life lessons I know I will learn.

Very friendly training atmosphere with coaches that are very technical, and demonstrate every detail. I visited during a work trip, and they welcomed me with top-notch training! Blank belt coach gets on the mat and rolls with everyone he can, and pays close attention to students during drills and sparring.

The team at Vagabond BJJ are fantastic. The facility is awesome, the coaches have great knowledge to share, and the community is warm and welcoming. It was definitely challenging yet I didn’t feel reluctant as a white belt coming in to train as a visitor. Stop by get some rolls in you won’t regret it!

This place is so great. Coach Clay and Coach Ruben showed me there's more than just smashing someone and that you can ebb and flow while rolling. They both have helped me learn that I can do some cool things with my body. All of this is nothing in comparison to what they've done for my kids. Coach Clay, Coach Caleb, and Coach Isaiah instilled a confidence in my kids that Coach Ruben took and sky rocketed. Vagabond is THE place to be in West Texas!
