I have had a membership with them ever since they opened. The staff is great, I really haven't really experienced a problem they didn't addres right away. I use the massage beds as well as the tanning beds and I will keep coming back!!!

Good facilities with newer equipment; well maintained dressing areas and showers. Free weights above 100lbs are all in racks presumably to keep novices from hurting themselves. Has a rotational area similar to Curves for all the gals. Biggest complaints: two tier fee system; cheap tier has an exorbitant annual fee and a premium tier that is exorbitant every month and no childcare.

I have had a membership about 5 years. They never get anything right. Tanning beds i go get a bed which takes up 5 mins trying to get a staff member to pay attention then get in bed undressed and wait , wait nothing .. get dressed go out ask whats wrong with bed ??? This happens more than once. Staff never deals with ur complaints they wait on everyone else around u. Customer service sucks . Canceled today going to clun fitness or goldes gym. Sick of the idiots they have working. Not to mention the rudness from the staff. My son belongs as well brought in a friend who happens to be black and the staff threaten to kick them out for no reson ( i have that on video) mid rivers and wentville both HUGE disappointment ZERO STARS

Great gym that welcomes everyone; all ages and all fitness levels. So many workout choices, I never get bored there. It’s always clean and the staff is friendly. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Ive been a member here since jJanuary but just this week have been able to attend as I have wantedJust wanted to give a big shout out to my new friend Kate.She has helped me already with severalIssues. Club always immaculate and well stocked everyone is very friendly I love living in Missouri ;)Also would like to compliment Lakota seems like she is always here when I check in a very personable young lady!

Great gym very clean. While I’ve noticed that the new GM is always walking around making sure everything is very clean. After talking with him I could tell he truly cares about the gym.

Love me some Planet Fitness! Always clean and Krysta or her staff are always there to hit you with a smile and call you by your name every time you walk in!!! I recommend the classes with Justin he is fabulous and always keeps me motivated.

The management and the staff at Planet Fitness Wentzville are extraordinary! I've been to 10 other gyms since I started my fitness journey 19 years ago and Planet Fitness in Wentzville is by far the most competent. Krysta and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and obviously appreciative of their members and treat with them with the utmost respect unlike other gyms I have previously been a member of. Planet Fitness is a totally different gym environment than what I am used to, definitely a nice change of pace from the powerlifters and bodybuilders who try to act intimidating, grunt excessively, slam weights, and get chalk all over the place. The equipment is top notch and it seems as if their employees are sanitizing the facility constantly. The male locker room/bathroom is damn near impeccable which is unheard of. I just recently purchased the black card membership and the massage chair and hydromassage bed are heavenly. Definitely the most bang for your buck in the Stl/St. Charles county and surrounding area. I give this gym a 9.9999999 on a scale of 1-10. I will most definitely be a member for many years to come!Kudos,Mark Baldwin

Cleanest & best health club around. I've been to Rhino Fitness, Club Fitness and a few other hole in the wall places. Best staff and friendlyest members. I've also traveled around the US and visited other Planet Fitness clubs with no problems, but always glad to be back in the gym in Wentzville, MO.

I love it at Planet Fitness. The staff is great and always greets you by name! The gym is very clean and you get free unlimited fitness training with any membership. It's also great that the gym is open 24/7 . I highly recommend coming here!
