The coaches here are great! However, I am really bothered by the fact that Orange Theory refuses to work with you when your life is busy. I recently had a second baby and started a new business (on top of working full time). I need to cancel my membership until I can balance out my life. I reached out in an attempt to cancel my membership via email, and they would not allow me to cancel from home, they said that I am required to go in. I really wish that they were willing to work with people here. I get that this is your “policy” but come on, there is no reason that you can’t make an exception. Orange Theory really needs to update their policy on this, there is absolutely NO reason we should have to come in to cancel our membership. Since they were not willing to work with me on this, I will definitely not be going back when I am ready, I will save the extra $100 and go to VASA and use their classes instead.

Orangetheory in Ogden is one of the best gyms I have ever attended. I had back surgery last year and just started back at the gym. Ever coach is excellent and will modify any exercise that you need modified because of an injury or recovering from an injury. All of the members are great and motivate and encourage you. I am so happy to be a member of this gym. I would encourage you if you want a gym that is fun, a good workout and has caring staff and members this is the place to go, so call and book your first class free to try it out!

Been going for 2 years and don’t plan to switch to any other gym. Love the interval running with rowing and weights. The app is a neat feature that you can keep track of previous workouts and heart rate . The Work outs are always different but always a challenge.

These are the best workouts I’ve ever done. It’s not always the same thing every class too, you are working different parts of the body every day. Since starting in 2021 I have since built up the strength and confidence to run long distance. Just completed my 6th half marathon and now training for a full. The staff is always so friendly and helpful.
