Mr. Harris is an excellent trainer and teacher. I have been exercising under his guidance for over two years now and have seen a huge improvement in my functional and athletic ability. Will is fun to train with. Keeps me accountable when I'm not working out with him and kicks my butt when I am. He pushes my limits to where I don't think I can push anymore. He's friendly and I love how we can laugh through out my session. Friendship is important with having a trainer putting your trust into them.

I have been going to Will for a couple of years. He is always positive and motivating. You get personal training with out the personal price. If you have an injury he will modify the work out. I highly recommend Will as a trainer.

Working with Will has been a game changer. When I broke my leg and had to rely on a lot of core muscles for just simple tasks it became really apparent just how working with him had helped. Less than a year into it and i have full mobility and function and that is in very large part is due to Will and his training.

Will is hands down the BEST personal trainer that I've ever worked with. I CANNOT achieve the results I was getting with him anywhere else. It doesn't matter your weight, age, or health issues, Will can work around ANYTHING! Don't give up on your first workout with him or even your tenth. Keep going and before you know it, you're hooked. I tried EVERYTHING from Crossfit to Kubefit and anything else that is constantly being marketed. They were all gimmicks until I came across Q Fit Training with Will. Try it! You won't regret it!!!

I don’t think it’s possible to put how grateful I am for Will into words. Not only is he an amazing personal trainer, but he’s also an incredible person. He always knows how much to push me so I’m challenged, but not overwhelmed. He’s encouraging, extremely knowledgable, genuine and positive.I’ve been seeing him for just over 6 months and I can now fit into the jeans I wore in high school... jeans I only saved because I thought my daughters might one day want them. I've lost almost 20 pounds, but most importantly I've lost countless inches and gained so much strength, endurance and confidence.I’ve mostly done 1:1 personal training, but I’ve also done his classes. Both are fantastic. He keeps workouts interesting and we are always doing new exercises that help me test my limits whether that's with bands, bodyweight, free weight or machines. The gym is in a great location and has high quality equipment.If you’re thinking about it, just do it! My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. Will's THE BEST.

I started going to Q Fit Training Zone over a year ago and have seen such great results in strength gain and weight loss! The workout classes have a great group of people, it is so fun and challenging! Will is so motivating in every class and pushes you to do your best. I highly recommend signing up with Will!
