I am seriously amazed at the results I have seen in 3 short months of attending Will's morning class. The muscles built, the overall energy gained and the changes I see in my body are incredible. I highly recommend Will and his expertise to anyone that is looking for change. Hands down- Best class I have attended with a trainer that truly cares and is the best at what he does!

Will is such a good trainer to work with! He's very knowledgeable and motivating. I had never worked with a trainer previously but he made me feel comfortable And the work outs were great! I had awesome results while working with him.

We started training with Will 3 years ago in his group class. We hesitated signing up because the idea of being in a class and with a trainer intimidated me. We finally signed up and it was one of the best things we had ever done.Hands down, we had the best class! It was so much fun (yes, working out was actually fun and we actually looked forward to going). Will does circuit training in these classes and you can do it at your level and speed and take a break when needed. We lost 30 inches total and even more importantly, our health improved so much. Prior to class, I could barely do this hike with our youth group and struggled. The next year, we did the same hike and we led the way and the youth had a hard time keeping up with us. One other thing that stood out is when we helped our daughter move. We were carrying mattress by ourselves, up and down 3 flights of stairs with no hesitation and did circles around our young adult children. All of them commented on how amazed they were at our strength and endurance. I haven't felt this great in 20 years. My confidence, health, strength, balance all improved.Now moving onto my review about Will. You couldn't find a better trainer. We love Will and have been with him for 3 years now. We improved so much in strength and ability, we decided we wanted more results and so we switched to personal training with Will after a year and a half. Will has a way to motivate you, push you, but also is understanding and merciful at realizing your incapacitating circumstances (injuries, illnesses, surgery recovery restrictions, etc). He is educated to know injuries and how to still work out, without further injuring yourself so you can keep working out despite the limitations. I had a kidney removed while personal training and the doctor was amazed at how quickly I rebounded and said it was because of my condition prior to surgery. 6 weeks post-op, I was back to doing push ups (limited number though) and a year later all of my stomach muscles have returned to full use. Will has such a friendly and fun personality but also has such a calming way of pushing you beyond your limits. My husband and I often times complained and joked about the gym, but Will put up with us and adapts to easily to his clients.If you're looking for someone to help you achieve your goals, whether it be weight loss, overall health, increasing you endurance, strength, or balance, Will is the best there is! I've referred many co-workers and friends to Will and he has done a phenomenal job in changing their lives as well.

Will is the real deal! The results are amazing. It requires dedication and work on your part, but if you push yourself with him, you will definitely see amazing results. I’ve being going to his nightly classes for about 6 weeks and already feel significantly stronger. The best part about his training is that he trains the whole body for living a full life. We all want to look good, and he helps with that, be he also gives you a balanced, full body workout that will help you age well and turn fitness into a lifestyle. I seriously couldn’t say enough good things about this dude.Side note: I burn 350 - 450 calories per session with him. Each session is about 30 minutes. It’s tough work, but worth it! Go see him!
