This studio is fun and vibrant! I love the classes because they are challenging and it's never the same thing twice. I already can feel and see an improvement in my legs and stomach after only a few sessions.

I have been going to Pilates body for over a year now. I love the classes and the different options that are offered. I had never tried Pilates until a year ago and I became hooked. I love how challenging it is. I have learned so much about forms and it’s get a great workout. I love the Staff and the environment.

I have been going to the studio for about 2 years!! I have enjoyed every class that I've attended!! All instructors help push you to accomplish your goals and help modify along the way!! Kennedy is always so great to communicate with and is so great at welcoming everyone to the studio. I LOVE IT HERE!!

I love Pilates Body! It’s a full body workout each time I go & the instructors are mindful of your skill level, help you keep a good form and technique and are so fun to work with! The studio is clean and the equipment is very quality. I am more sculpt in just 5 short months, have gained balance, coordination and have made a bunch of fun friends!

I was really excited to try Pilates body. And I was pretty disappointed I walked in and the instructor didn’t even introduce herself to me and didn’t even ask for my name which I thought was rude. She had asked me if it was my first time which I had said yes to. She didn’t tell me how the equipment was used and didn’t go over anything. I figured out much of it on my own. After class the instructor didn’t come to ask me how the class was or if I was interested in coming back.The place was nice and all the equipment was in great shape. The instructor did come by to check on me and correct my form a couple times which I appreciated.

I have been going to Pilates Body consistently for about a year, beyond gaining strength, coordination, balance and ability, I have found more inner peace, more human connection and more happiness than you would expect to find at a workout establishment. Kennedy (and her other instructors) are absolutely professional and are loving and encouraging while also pushing you to go beyond what you believe is possible. Pilates body is worth every penny you pay as what you’ll get back from the classes is so much more than muscles. (You’ll get those too!) a safe, clean, warm and friendly environment provides all levels of growth. If you’re on the fence about trying Pilates at Pilates Body, do it! It’s been one of the most fulfilling experiences in a group workout setting I’ve had. I’ve come away from classes with new friends, new muscles, lots at sweat and lots of laughs too. I absolutely love Pilates at Pilates Body. ♥️
