I had Neck surgery and Pilates was recommended for my rehab.Kennedy is fantastic and full of energy and a great instructor. I love all the classes and Kennedy makes sure you are doing the correct movements and is conscience of each persons limitations and helps you work through them.

Pilates Body is where it’s at!! The staff, the workouts, the comfortable/ inviting environment. Kennedy Rogers is the owner and a instructor and she has done an amazing job making the studio what it is today. Her and the other instructors strive to better you not only physically but mentally as well. Kennedy is very connected and personal to her clientele, and wants everyone to feel like their best self! She goes out of her way to make you feel like you’re getting a one on one workout with her in a class of 20+. If you’re looking to be challenged by amazing instructors in an inviting friendly environment then this is the place for you!

I’ve been and tried so many other types of exercise and none have offered what Pilates Body offers. I have been coming consistently for 4 years now and still feel challenged yet stronger every time I go. There is so much variety and thought behind each movement. The instructors have so much invested, I’ve never seen such commitment from instructors! They are so good to celebrate and encourage you to reach your fitness goals. I feel stronger but not “bulky”, a personal trainer from a popular gym finally told me if I wanted long lean muscle I would have to go do barre and Pilates & I haven’t regretted it since. Kennedy and the other instructors know what that takes and they help make it possible. They cater to all levels. I love this studio and everyone who is there!

Love this studio!! I've been a client for almost two years now and I don't see an end in my future! Kennedy has built a great atmosphere for all of her clients to succeed. Even when teaching a class of 20+, she is so aware of each individual, helping to support and challenge on their different levels of abilities. She has surrounded herself with equally motivating and knowledgeable instructors...with so much variety your body will always be challenged and forced to change. Naturally she has attracted a wonderful group of clients that I look forward to exercising with everyday...they are all so kind and supportive! If you're thinking of trying something new, you will not be disappointed at Pilates Body!!

I've been coming to Pilates Body with my bestie Tara for almost 2 years now and I'm totally hooked. The classes provided are challenging, different every week and fun. The instructors do an excellent job and are very knowledgeable-providing modifications to those who need it. They are kind and always push you to be and do your best. Kennedy is amazing and the new studio is very nice. Come check it out! If you're wanting a good workout and have goals to change your body, Pilates Body is the place to be! I love it!
