Bike rack is present and sturdy, however is low capacity it gets filled up occasionally. Placement little too close to the wall. Rack has been there since this building was a stop and shop, and it shows. Useable but needs improvement

I've had one foot out the door almost the entire time I've had a membership here for various reasons. This morning the staff working at the counter was especially cold and were acting like they would rather talk among themselves than offer any real service. I normally don't care, but if I try to say goodmorning to someone working at the counter and they get annoyed and immediately go back to talking to their coworker... idk, I'd rather not see that person every morning before my run. You're probably better off going somewhere else.

They have a wide variety of equipment and they are one of few gyms with a cardio cinema room. Unfortunately, it seems to be PACKED (like, drive circles around the parking lot for 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to leave) any time my husband and I go, one or two womens bathroom stalls are almost always clogged/out of order and a lot of equipment seems to often be out of order. Staff is usually super friendly though.

Good gym and good equipment but shady. I got a personal trainer and ended up trying to cancel after the first session. I say trying because they never canceled. I didn’t realized to i apparently owed them over 1k. I went in and canceled, so not sure why they didn’t put it through. I even said to give my remainder sessions to someone else. So great gym other than the PT they will try to scam you.

Lots of advertised features are missing at the facility in Ogden. Reduces the value substantially. No racket ball. No tanning, no hydro beds. No expected finish date.

Place is disgusting. Management needs to be changed. You’re gonna catch something if you go to the locker room. I mean really.. They can’t fix anything. I mean we all know Vasa’s are garbage for the most part but this one is special lol. Seriously don’t waste your money if you live in Ogden. They just don’t care.

I've been going to this gym since 2019 and it is a really great place. However I minus 2 stats because it always, always takes them FOREVER to fix broken equipment. It gets really frustrating.

The most disgusting hot tub I've ever been in. Shortly after getting in I noticed a green something on the foam but at the same time 3 floss picks floated into my side.... I've been in cleaner motel tubs than this....I would cancel my membership if there wasn't a fee if you cancel within 6 months.

Terrible customer service. Besides following procedures for placing account on hold due to injury. They continue to bill you hundreds for them canceling even though you followed all their rules. Been a longstanding customer. But if this is their idea of how they treat customers, how sad. Gym is always very dirty. Always multiple things broken for weeks on end. But I never complained a bit until now. Be cautious because they are unprofessional and their customer service is terrible. A client follows your procedure and you in turn bill them for when their account was on hold. Filed a complaint with BBB. Also spent double every month of the pandemic with their upgraded membership only for none of them being open and broken even post pandemic. So disappointed and their lack of integrity.
