The environment here is great and other gym goers and staff here are friendly and helpful it does seem like they genuinely do want to help you get healthier. My main gripe is with the personal training program, my friend and I were pressured into the training program. When we asked about pricing we thought that we’d be able to do the first month of the personal training program because we couldn’t afford the 4 months contract. This was explicitly stated to the manager that we could not afford the program. He pressured us into joining and he stated to us that we could do just $19 and then freeze after the first month. This initially made us think that freezing was just canceling the training program, but we were mistaken and at no point during the initial meeting were we told that it was a 4 month contract that we could not drop out of. I honestly feel like I was mislead into believing that I could cancel my personal training program after 1 month. This place seems great but the business practices of the personal training program are ethically questionable. I called the manager and asked if I could cancel because I cannot afford this program. He seemed like he wanted to help but he told me that they cannot cancel the contract. I really want to like this place but this has definitely ruined my experience and has shaken my trust with the integrity of this place. I contacted the BBB since they manager couldn’t do anything for me. If you are offered any contracts with them, please read the fine print.

This place is absolutely ridiculous and conducts shady business!!! I called to cancel my membership 3 months ago and was told it would be cancelled the following month which I was ok with THEN I received a message today stating there was an issue with my membership so I called and spoke to the manager explained that I canceled 3 months ago and was told they have been charging me STILL this entire time??!!! AFTER I WAS TOLD 3 MONTHS AGO THAT MY MEMBERSHIP WOULD BE CANCELED!!! if I could post without a star that would be the option!!! I asked for corporates number and was told they don't have a number THESE GUYS ARE A RIP OFF ESPECIALLY WHEN CANCELING A MEMBERSHIP!!!

Tried to cancel for the last 3 months, I've called 5 times. This whole company is a prymid scheme. Go anywhere else for gym memberships. Support local.
