Member of 15 years, it has had 3 owners since then. This current owner ‘Genesis’ has by far been the worst at keeping equipment up to date. They have 5 cycling machines, 3 of which are broken. 5 stair masters, 2 of which are broken. For months now. The upstairs equipment is in terrible shape, most equipment missing parts or just not working as well. The men’s locker room is a disgrace… I’ve never seen it be cleaned since Genesis has taken over. The sauna is very outdated, the steam room is absolutely disgusting. Tiles are on the floor fallen off the seating area in the steam room, the floor tiles has mold and other black residue stuck to them that cannot even be pressure washed off. The hose is falling out of the wall, leaking water consistently, the lights are almost always broken and not capable of being turned on. They’ve removed all towels and now only provide oversized ones at the front entrance leaving people to not wipe down machines or just clean themselves of sweat. I’ve never seen their employees’ cleaning the lifting or cardio equipment either. The carpets are torn in multiple spots and overall its a very upsetting scene, ESPECIALLY compared to some of their other gyms which I have visited in Manhattan KS which must have different management because there is no relevance in cleanliness or working equipment.
