I was really nervous about trying 9rounds but I’m 110% glad that I did! Rhace, and the rest of the trainers, do a great job of making you feel at home. They will answer any questions you have and show you HOW to do your workouts so you don’t have to feel silly. Truly no judgment here because we’re all in this together. Update: I've been a member for over 7 years now. I'm about to turn 40 and I'm in the best physical shape I've ever been in my life. I really can't say enough great things about 9Round.I've been going to 9Round for years now and I LOVE it. It's the only workout routine I've consistently stuck with. The best parts are that you can show up whenever they're open, there's always a trainer there, the workout is different every day, and you're always done in 30 minutes!

Amazing place! Such a different work out than the classic “go and do cardio and lift weights” at a traditional gym. All the trainers are great and work with any skill level/knowledge you have to help you get the best workout in. Definitely recommend trying this place out and changing it up! Rhace was a phenomenal trainer but I’m excited to keep going and meet some of the others!
