The only gym open during the whole covid-19 deal and couldn’t be happier with how they are going out it and staying open. Cleaning is too notch and always on top of maintenance. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Great atmosphere, helpful employees, they offer great plans for cheap. They have everything you need to achieve all your fitness goals and are always adding new equipment. Ive been with this gym since it was golds gym alot has changed for the better and I'm looking forward to the future.

Decent equipment, clean. Trainers will not hound you while you work out trying to sell training packages. Staff is courteous and friendly. No one is going to make you feel like you don't belong.

I love this gym I have been a member for over 4 years now. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere. I love the women’s only section. A good variety of equipment. Overall I always have a great workout and would recommend this gym to anyone. Great prices too

Love going to this gym...wide variety of equipment, clean and comfortable environment, and has a women's only area! Other amenities that come with the upgraded membership, such as the Styku, MyZone, and extra time in the hydro-massage chair, are great tools to keep you motivated! All of the staff are so friendly, helpful, and welcoming! Does get pretty busy between 5-6 pm.
