I love this location and the staff is so friendly and welcoming! I instantly felt comfortable going and love that I can go anytime that works for my schedule but still get the instructor/class experience!

Love HOTWORX Omaha Midtown! The benefits of infrared have brought me back time and time again. Not to mention the staff! They are passionate, knowledgeable, and truly care about their members fitness journey!

Thought this was going to be a great, high-end membership experience going in. Was sold on how different they are. But in the end, just like any other scammy gym, they make you jump through hoops to cancel in an effort to milk additional money out of your membership. :( Definitely disappointed.

I started on December 2,2021.I had not excercised for several years.Loving the heat,this studio was the perfect choice me.I have lost weight and inches!The staff is great,the facility is clean.The fees are pricy,but worth it.Their merchandise is great,too.The calorie burn in less time is amazing!

I was always who didn't like working out in front of a ton of people. With Hotworx, I am able to book a sauna by myself and really take advantage of all the benefits Hotworx brings. Love this place!

As a member since they opened, I love going to HOTWORX Omaha midtown! It is the perfect place to get a workout in and the infrared saunas are AMAZING. 10/10 recommend :)

I joined HOTWORX last month and I really enjoy the heat! At first I was a bit concerned that it wasn’t going to be my thing, but the more I go the more I crave it😊I’m sleeping better, my joints feel better now I’m waiting for the physical appearance results to come!! I’m going to be patient with my self and keep coming!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The girls are great, it is kept very clean, and the workouts are quick and perfect to get in daily especially over lunch. If you aren’t one to enjoy a “gym” you will love this!
