First off--the Staff is totally AMAZING!!! Super nice, very helpful and supportive in your health goals. I love that you can stop in and take a 15 min class or take multiple classes during the day. I also love that I can go at my pace and not feel judged if I go slower than others in the class.

I wish there were 10 stars!!!! Do yourself a favor and JOIN!! I love the Midtown location!!!! I hate exercise but I LOVE this!!!! I feel so much better about myself just showing up day after day in the sauna!!!!! You are going to love it. I tell everyone about it because I have finally found something I am obsessed with. Oh and my skin is looking better than it ever has. 💓💓💓💓

When I signed up for my membership I was under the impression that I had to commit to three months then could cancel anytime with no cancellation fee. I signed up in spring of 2020 and went to cancel and was told that I had to give a 60 day notice and pay two more months before my membership would be canceled. Just feels a little scammy and should be explained better to future members signing up! I’m sure these agreements are stated in the fine print, but I feel that this should be verbally explained when signing up because I know three other people that were mislead by this as well. Overall, good experience while I was a member besides that.

this is the worst gym ever in omaha. first of all, the front desk staff is extremely rude and laughed at us as we left because we came in a to put in the 60 day notice. they make it EXTREMELY inconvenient to cancel and almost impossible to get it done because “only the manager” has access. I haven’t been in the gym for 9 months and just want this done. do not sign up for this gym, it is the biggest scam. All they want is to sign you up and take 60 dollars a month from you and make it impossible to cancel so they can keep getting paid. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻i would give this gym 0 stars if i could for their business practices.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The girls are great, it is kept very clean, and the workouts are quick and perfect to get in daily especially over lunch. If you aren’t one to enjoy a “gym” you will love this!

I joined HOTWORX last month and I really enjoy the heat! At first I was a bit concerned that it wasn’t going to be my thing, but the more I go the more I crave it😊I’m sleeping better, my joints feel better now I’m waiting for the physical appearance results to come!! I’m going to be patient with my self and keep coming!

As a member since they opened, I love going to HOTWORX Omaha midtown! It is the perfect place to get a workout in and the infrared saunas are AMAZING. 10/10 recommend :)
