HOTWORX - Omaha (Midtown)

this is the worst gym ever in omaha. first of all, the front desk staff is extremely rude and laughed at us as we left because we came in a to put in the 60 day notice. they make it EXTREMELY inconvenient to cancel and almost impossible to get it done because “only the manager” has access. I haven’t been in the gym for 9 months and just want this done. do not sign up for this gym, it is the biggest scam. All they want is to sign you up and take 60 dollars a month from you and make it impossible to cancel so they can keep getting paid. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻i would give this gym 0 stars if i could for their business practices.

When I signed up for my membership I was under the impression that I had to commit to three months then could cancel anytime with no cancellation fee. I signed up in spring of 2020 and went to cancel and was told that I had to give a 60 day notice and pay two more months before my membership would be canceled. Just feels a little scammy and should be explained better to future members signing up! I’m sure these agreements are stated in the fine print, but I feel that this should be verbally explained when signing up because I know three other people that were mislead by this as well. Overall, good experience while I was a member besides that.

I wish there were 10 stars!!!! Do yourself a favor and JOIN!! I love the Midtown location!!!! I hate exercise but I LOVE this!!!! I feel so much better about myself just showing up day after day in the sauna!!!!! You are going to love it. I tell everyone about it because I have finally found something I am obsessed with. Oh and my skin is looking better than it ever has. 💓💓💓💓

First off--the Staff is totally AMAZING!!! Super nice, very helpful and supportive in your health goals. I love that you can stop in and take a 15 min class or take multiple classes during the day. I also love that I can go at my pace and not feel judged if I go slower than others in the class.

I have had a membership with this location since Oct. Haley the Manager is great and always friendly and remembers my name every time I come in. As someone who has a general gym-anxiety I don’t get the same feelings here as I do a traditional gym. I also feel safe working out at odd hours due to the security system. The workouts are fun and the staff always encourage you to try new things within your comfort zone.

HOTWORX Omaha Midtown is the absolute BEST! The infrared is so therapeutic and I have never felt this good after a workout before! I'm happy to be in such a welcoming environment at this location; they truly want to provide the best experience possible for their members. The staff continues to treat me with the utmost respect and the members are so friendly. Thank you Omaha Midtown for this newly found community that I LOVE!!

I love this gym! It’s always clean and the staff is super friendly. I use Hotworkx in addition to lifting and I love it. The 24 hour access is so convenient and not much is better than dripping sweat to feel accomplished!

I tried this Hotworx location with a friend and from the moment I walked in, I felt like I belonged there! Haley is so friendly, she made it seem like I was already a member there! The studio itself is nice and clean and easy to find your way around. The workouts are challenging and you don’t need to spend a lot of time in the gym to feel like you accomplished a lot. I really loved Hotworx midtown!

I have been a member at hotworx for almost a year and have loved my experience thus far. The staff has been very friendly and the classes are so fun! I was always intimidated going to larger gyms due to the crowds, but when I was introduced to hortworxs by a friend I immediately felt less pressure working out because the classes are in smaller room that only hold up to 3 people. Makes me more motivated to go to the gym. I know I’ll be sticking around for awhile :)

I have been to a few different Hotworx locations and this is the best. Haley and the other staff members are all so friendly. Haley gave me a very detailed tour. She is always encouraging me towards my goals.The idea of Hotworx is 3D training (heat, infrared energy, and exercise). It is nice to be able to reserve the sauna room in advance and the max is three per room but I usually have the sauna room to myself. Once a member, you have 24 hour access. There are 15 minute HIIT workouts or 30-40 minute isometric workouts that are completed at a recommended 125 degree temperature, but it's dry heat and doesn't feel as hot. There is also an area to use that has free weights, a bench, pull up bar, and ropes. After working out, there are a few showers available to use.
